Le restaurant du chef Hendrick Dierendonck s\u2019est ainsi vu d\u00e9cern\u00e9 une prestigieuse 8<sup>e<\/sup> place au classement des 101 meilleurs restaurants du monde d\u00e9di\u00e9s au steak. Un verdict rendu par Upper Cut Media House dont la liste est guett\u00e9e, non sans angoisse, par les professionnels du secteur.<\/p>\n<h2>Carcasse, la viande \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur<\/h2>\n<p>Pour Hendrick Dierendonck et son chef Timon Michiels, la progression n\u2019est pas moins \u00e9paisse qu\u2019un solide steak maison, avec un classement qui v\u00e9g\u00e9tait encore \u00e0 la 44<sup>E<\/sup> place il y a deux ans. Un jugement \u00e9tabli sur pas moins de six crit\u00e8res\u00a0: qualit\u00e9 de la viande, origine et s\u00e9lection de la viande, qualit\u00e9 du service et connaissance du produit vendu, explication des d\u00e9coupes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-53674 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/unnamed-2.jpg\" alt=\"carcasse\" width=\"384\" height=\"384\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/unnamed-2.jpg 833w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/unnamed-2-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/unnamed-2-250x250.jpg 250w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 384px) 100vw, 384px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Un restaurant situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Coxyde qu\u2019il reste \u00e0 tester lors d\u2019un prochain s\u00e9jour sur la C\u00f4te belge. Et profiter d\u2019une carte o\u00f9 la viande occupe une place majeure. Comme avec ce filet pur Simmental de Bavi\u00e8re, ce Tartare de b\u0153uf Carcasse ou ce cr\u00e9meux de B\u0153uf.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019anecdote, la premi\u00e8re place du classement revient au restaurant londonien Hawksmoor.<\/p>\n<p>Avenue Henri Christiaen 5. 8670 Coxyde.
