Il ne fallut pas longtemps pour que le Moulin Hideux naisse en 1945.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Premier \u00e9tablissement hors de France \u00e0 faire partie de la prestigieuse cha\u00eene des Relais & Ch\u00e2teaux, il se voit r\u00e9compenser la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, en 1960, par une \u00e9toile au Guide Michelin. Depuis ce jour, il figure toujours parmi les Grandes Tables du sud du pays.<\/p>\n

Une affaire de famille<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

La 4\u1d49 g\u00e9n\u00e9ration a repris le flambeau et le charme op\u00e8re toujours. Depuis 2008, Julien Lahire, aid\u00e9 de son \u00e9pouse Yolande, a investi l\u2019Auberge. Ce jeune chef recherche la meilleure qualit\u00e9, va \u00e0 la rencontre des producteurs avec lesquels il travaille et donne priorit\u00e9 aux produits locaux. Sa cuisine est sinc\u00e8re, naturelle et intense. Les plats les plus go\u00fbteux sont d’une simplicit\u00e9 qui n’est qu’apparente\u00a0: Rouget barbet Petit bateau, Agneau de la Ferme de Bellevue, Canette des Dombes de chez Mi\u00e9ral. La saveur en cuisine est un art et Julien Lahire et son \u00e9quipe y consacrent tout leur temps. Un enchantement de d\u00e9licatesse et de saveurs,\u00a0\u00e0 partager sans mod\u00e9ration\u2026

Un \u00e9crin de privil\u00e8ges<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

L’atmosph\u00e8re est douce et romantique, propice au partage de moments privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s. Tissus, mati\u00e8res et coloris… La d\u00e9coration cossue et cosy cr\u00e9e l’\u00e9quilibre et refl\u00e8te fid\u00e8lement l’esprit des lieux. Les salles de bains sont lumineuses et splendides et les 12\u00a0grandes chambres d\u2019un grand confort.<\/p>\n

Le jardin, quant \u00e0 lui, est un lieu d’apaisement. Rien n’en trouble la qui\u00e9tude, que le chant des oiseaux. Il s’\u00e9tend en plusieurs espaces au d\u00e9part d’une belle terrasse. Les fleurs les plus d\u00e9licates semblent y pousser naturellement. On ne demande qu\u2019\u00e0 s\u2019y pr\u00e9lasser\u2026 tout comme au Spa o\u00f9 hammam, sauna et massages sont au rendez-vous. D\u00e9tente et bien-\u00eatre sont les ma\u00eetre-mots\u00a0!

Richesses de l\u2019Ardenne<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Point de d\u00e9part id\u00e9al pour d\u00e9couvrir un patrimoine riche et pr\u00e9serv\u00e9, les amoureux de la nature pourront sillonner et parcourir les chemins balis\u00e9s qui, de cr\u00eates en rivi\u00e8res, conduisent vers de splendides points de vue. Quant aux f\u00e9rus d\u2019histoire et de culture, Bouillon, Orval ou Avioth, Charleville-M\u00e9zi\u00e8res et Luxembourg aux fronti\u00e8res les attendent\u2026<\/p>\n
