Le manque de m\u00e9latonine peut lui aussi \u00eatre en cause.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Le cas de la m\u00e9latonine<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La m\u00e9latonine est l\u2019hormone du sommeil. Sa production commence quand la p\u00e9nombre s\u2019installe, elle fait en sorte que notre corps se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 dormir. Elle a l\u2019effet inverse de l\u2019adr\u00e9naline ou le cortisol (hormones d\u2019activation). Le probl\u00e8me, c\u2019est qu\u2019\u00e0 partir de 50 ans, sa production naturelle baisse de 50% pour diverses raisons. Sans compter la lumi\u00e8re bleue des \u00e9crans, l\u2019adr\u00e9naline (produite par une s\u00e9ance de sport tardive par exemple) et les autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments perturbateurs cit\u00e9s plus haut qui viennent retarder sa production. Pas \u00e9tonnant que notre sommeil r\u00e9parateur se fasse d\u00e9sirer\u2026<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Des solutions pour un sommeil de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pour \u00e9viter un d\u00e9ficit en m\u00e9latonine, on peut prendre des compl\u00e9ments alimentaires. Ceci va aider \u00e0 l\u2019endormissement, \u00e0 dormir de mani\u00e8re continue et \u00e0 se r\u00e9veiller avec le sentiment d\u2019\u00eatre repos\u00e9. Cela permet de mieux contr\u00f4ler son rythme de sommeil.
