Mais aussi de profiter de plus longues p\u00e9riodes sans crises.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Contr\u00f4ler son asthme, premier r\u00e9flexe \u00e0 adopter<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Avant de d\u00e9buter le sport, votre pneumologue r\u00e9alisera un test pour d\u00e9terminer si l\u2019asthme est contr\u00f4l\u00e9 ou pas. En cas de crise r\u00e9cente, il est recommand\u00e9 d\u2019attendre quelques jours avant de pratiquer un sport. L\u2019usage d\u2019un cardio-fr\u00e9quencem\u00e8tre sera bien utile pour contr\u00f4ler l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de l\u2019effort et limiter le risque de crise. Pour une femme de 50 ans, la zone optimale est comprise entre 120 et 130 battements par minute.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les sports d\u2019endurance, \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier pour l&rsquo;asthme<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bonne nouvelle, les sports recommand\u00e9s aux personnes asthmatiques sont \u00e9galement ceux qui offrent de nombreux bienfaits aux quinquas. Ils d\u00e9veloppent la capacit\u00e9 pulmonaire et r\u00e9duisent l\u2019essoufflement tout en faisant travailler une large gamme de muscles. Que l\u2019on opte pour la danse, le running, le cyclisme ou la marche nordique. Quant aux sports \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9 (foot, tennis, squash, volley\u2026), ils se pratiquent avec prudence, pour le risque de d\u00e9clenchement de crise d\u2019asthme dite d\u2019effort. B\u00e9n\u00e9fiques \u00e9galement, les sports de moyenne montagne, comme les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/marche-nordique-sport-de-vieux\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">randonn\u00e9es<\/a> ou le ski. Excellents pour l\u2019absence d\u2019allerg\u00e8nes d\u00e9clencheurs de crise. Mais la haute montagne (plus de 2500 m\u00e8tres) sera \u00e9vit\u00e9e, pour la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019air froid et sec, peu compatible avec l\u2019asthme. La natation, sport d\u2019endurance par excellence, reste class\u00e9e parmi les sports recommand\u00e9s. Pour autant de la pratiquer dans une piscine d\u00e9pourvue de chlore. Un produit hautement allerg\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les sports plut\u00f4t \u00e0 \u00e9viter<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Peu de sports sont r\u00e9ellement \u00e0 bannir. Sauf la plong\u00e9e sous-marine. Non seulement pour les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9clencheurs pr\u00e9sents dans les bonbonnes d\u2019air comprim\u00e9, comme l\u2019air froid et sec, mais \u00e9galement pour le risque majeur en cas de crise soudaine sous l\u2019eau. Impossible pour la nageuse de remonter rapidement en surface pour profiter de son bronchodilatateur du fait des paliers \u00e0 respecter. Il sera n\u00e9cessaire \u00e9galement d\u2019\u00e9viter ceux qui peuvent d\u00e9clencher des crises du fait des allerg\u00e8nes pr\u00e9sents. Comme ces sports o\u00f9 l\u2019animal est pr\u00e9sent, l\u2019\u00e9quitation par exemple. Attention aussi aux sports qui utilisent des tapis de sol, souvent riches en poussi\u00e8res, des allerg\u00e8nes connus. Les sports de combat, la gym en salle etc.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quelques recommandations bien utiles<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Outre le fait de contr\u00f4ler r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement son asthme, il est bon d\u2019avoir toujours \u00e0 disposition le traitement d\u2019urgence (pr\u00e9vu pour une action longue dur\u00e9e, de type b\u00eata-2 agoniste) pour traiter les premiers effets d\u2019une crise. Avoir un partenaire de sport peut rassurer \u00e9galement en cas de sortie ext\u00e9rieure. L\u2019activit\u00e9 sportive sera id\u00e9alement pratiqu\u00e9e en ext\u00e9rieur, pour \u00e9viter ces salles et vestiaires souvent riches en poussi\u00e8res. Une ambiance plut\u00f4t d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re pour la sant\u00e9 de la sportive asthmatique.
