Comme des exercices d\u2019\u00e9quilibre sur une planche, des filets \u00e0 traverser, des passages dans des structures gonflables qui obligent \u00e0 plonger pour les traverser etc. Quant au troisi\u00e8me volet de la discipline, il se d\u00e9roule hors de l\u2019eau pour des s\u00e9ances de soulever de poids (adapt\u00e9s), \u00e0 porter sur un parcours d\u00e9fini, de l\u2019escalade, des pompes, des tractions, des squats\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Si les cours sont orchestr\u00e9s par un coach, les participants sont certains d\u2019avoir des s\u00e9ances diff\u00e9rentes d\u2019un jour \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Avec une alternance d\u2019exercices. Pour \u00e9viter la routine pr\u00e9sente avec d\u2019autres sports.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les bienfaits du swimcross<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ce nouveau sport se caract\u00e9rise par une triple action sur le corps.
