On se tourne, se retourne dans son lit en esp\u00e9rant que le sommeil arrive mais au plus on essaye, au moins on y parvient. <strong>L\u2019insomnie<\/strong> nous guette, il est temps de sortir du lit\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les bons r\u00e9flexes en cas d\u2019insomnie<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cela peut sembler paradoxal, mais sortir du lit est en effet le premier r\u00e9flexe \u00e0 adopter.
