Non seulement il est difficile de s\u2019astreindre \u00e0 une telle discipline, mais vous risquez aussi de manquer de nutriments importants dont votre organisme a besoin pour fonctionner convenablement. Proc\u00e9dez plut\u00f4t pas \u00e0 pas et veillez \u00e0 ce que votre alimentation reste savoureuse et vari\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Voici quelques r\u00e8gles \u00e0 respecter :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Mangez vari\u00e9<\/strong> et consommez au minimum 300 g de l\u00e9gumes et 2 fruits par jour.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c9vitez les produits riches en graisses et en sucre<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mangez du poisson au moins 2 fois par semaine<\/strong>, dont une fois du poisson gras.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Limitez votre consommation de sel<\/strong>. Veillez \u00e0 ajouter moins de sel \u00e0 vos repas et \u00e9vitez les produits pr\u00eats \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, qui en contiennent une grande quantit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Limitez les mauvaises graisses<\/strong> satur\u00e9es dans votre alimentation et remplacez-les par les bonnes graisses mono- et polyinsatur\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Remplacez les produits laitiers entiers par des produits maigres<\/strong> ou demi-\u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mangez de bonnes portions<\/strong> de pain, pommes de terre, riz ou p\u00e2tes (en choisissant autant que possible la variante compl\u00e8te).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Buvez de l\u2019alcool avec mod\u00e9ration<\/strong> : 1 \u00e0 2 verres par jour, mais pas tous les jours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 nos conseils, manger sainement n\u2019est pas seulement facile, mais aussi d\u00e9licieux.
