Rien qu\u2019en entrant, on est impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 par l\u2019ambiance bien ancr\u00e9e du lieu\u00a0: une d\u00e9co soign\u00e9e jusqu\u2019aux moindres d\u00e9tails (avec par exemple, une fresque peinte au plafond), cadre chic, lounge et moderne. Avec une lumi\u00e8re tamis\u00e9e, du velours et du dor\u00e9, le tout en finesse.<\/p>\n<h2>On a test\u00e9\u00a0: la r\u00e9-ouverture de Barbizon<\/h2>\n<p>Mis \u00e0 part l\u2019univers du lieu totalement r\u00e9ussi, on note aussi la compl\u00e9tude de l\u2019offre\u00a0: bar \u00e9cailler, bar \u00e0 cocktails, bar \u00e0 cigares, grande salle de restaurant (une grande partie de celle-ci a tradition et originalit\u00e9. Des produits de qualit\u00e9 provenant de la mer, mais aussi des viandes matur\u00e9es par exemple. On d\u00e9couvre ainsi des plats de brasseries travaill\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e9l\u00e9gante et cr\u00e9ative avec une touche fusion. La carte des vins et les cocktails faits maison viennent accompagner la cuisine \u00e0 la perfection. Hu\u00eetres, escargots, risotto de gambas, agneau et baklava revisit\u00e9 sont quelques-uns des d\u00e9lices que l\u2019on peut y d\u00e9guster. Les saveurs explosent dans la bouche et la pr\u00e9sentation est soign\u00e9e. Le but \u00e9tant de devenir une adresse de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les amateurs de cuisine et de f\u00eate.
