Vous cherchez un moyen simple et savoureux d\u2019en consommer quotidiennement\u00a0? La margarine, bien s\u00fbr\u00a0!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Du vrai faux-beurre ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si, bien souvent, on compare la margarine \u00e0 du simili-beurre, ces deux denr\u00e9es \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires n\u2019ont pourtant absolument rien en commun\u00a0! Certes, \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il nu, nous pourrions nous y m\u00e9prendre; ils ont le m\u00eame aspect et parfois un packaging tr\u00e8s similaire. Mais, au niveau nutritionnel, ces deux produits sont fondamentalement diff\u00e9rents\u00a0: la margarine, d\u2019origine naturelle, puise ses ingr\u00e9dients dans les plantes. Le beurre, quant \u00e0 lui, est un produit laitier r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 base de lait de vache. De quoi \u00e9viter tout amalgame. Pas besoin de la faire ramollir. Et, pour le c\u00f4t\u00e9 ultra pratique, elle existe m\u00eame en version liquide, si facile \u00e0 cuisiner. Ca, c\u2019est pour ses qualit\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0ext\u00e9rieures\u00a0\u00bb. Mais ce qu\u2019on aime surtout \u00e0 propos de la margarine, ce sont ses qualit\u00e9s intrins\u00e8ques, ses bonnes r\u00e9percussions sur notre irrempla\u00e7able sant\u00e9. Sa beaut\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure, en quelque sorte\u2026<\/p>\n<h3>Faites une fleur \u00e0 votre cholest\u00e9rol<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Faible en graisses satur\u00e9es mais riche en om\u00e9ga 3 et 6, la margarine est un concentr\u00e9 d\u2019acides gras essentiels \u00e0 notre organisme. Elle contient \u00e9galement de la vitamine E et de l\u2019acide lin\u00e9olique. Enfin, ces bonnes graisses permettent de conserver un bon taux de cholest\u00e9rol et pr\u00e9serve notre sant\u00e9 cardio-vasculaire. Sans se priver des bonnes choses\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h3>\u00ab\u00a0Oui mais&#8230;\u00a0j\u2019aime bien savoir exactement ce que je mange,\u00a0\u00bb nous direz-vous\u00a0!<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avec les derniers scandales alimentaires industriels, on devient m\u00e9fiant. Et c\u2019est tant mieux.
