Avec la peur de tomber combin\u00e9e \u00e0 celle du ridicule. Mais ne jetez pas pour autant votre corde \u00e0 sauter. Elle sera bien utile pour pratiquer le <strong>rope flow<\/strong>. Une discipline sympa, riche en avantages pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Le rope flow, made in USA<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Comme d\u2019autres nouvelles pratiques sportives, le rope flow est n\u00e9 aux Etats-Unis. Imagin\u00e9 en 2004 par David Weck, coach californien. A l\u2019origine, la discipline \u00e9tait destin\u00e9e \u00e0 servir de programme d\u2019entra\u00eenement avant de devenir un sport \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re. Une pratique du rope flow qui trouve ses adeptes parmi les sportives. Comme \u00e9chauffement avant d\u2019autres sports d\u2019endurance, comme le tennis, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/quel-equipement-est-il-necessaire-pour-faire-du-velo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">v\u00e9lo<\/a> ou le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/le-streak-running-pour-le-sport-au-quotidien\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">running.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Le rope flow en pratique<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Un sport dont les exercices ressemblent aux gestes des cow-girls avec leurs lassos tournoyant autour d\u2019elles. Votre corps bien en \u00e9quilibre avec les pieds bien ancr\u00e9s au sol, la corde \u00e0 sauter est utilis\u00e9e pour des gestes amples, a\u00e9riens. Effectu\u00e9s d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 du corps, puis de l\u2019autre. Mais sans jamais effectuer de saut comme avec l\u2019usage habituel de la corde \u00e0 sauter. Des s\u00e9ances de 15 minutes environ, \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9ter en plusieurs sessions.<br \/>\nEt comme rien ne vaut l\u2019image pour expliquer un concept, de nombreux tutoriels existent sur Youtube pour apprendre la gestuelle. Et ne n\u00e9cessite pas de mat\u00e9riel co\u00fbteux. Juste une corde ( l\u00e9g\u00e8re, soit environ 500 gr) et une tenue de sport ajust\u00e9e. Facile \u00e0 apprendre, le rope flow peut aussi se pratiquer \u00e0 tout \u00e2ge.<br \/>\n\u00ab\u00a0<em>Le rope flow se veut avant tout ludique<\/em>, explique Marc Rochas, coach sportif, <em>on d\u00e9bute par des gestes maladroits, mais rapidement les bons gestes sont appris et les soucis oubli\u00e9s. Par le l\u00e2cher-prise qui anime la s\u00e9ance. Avec le bon apprentissage, le pratiquant d\u00e9veloppe sa coordination puisqu\u2019il doit apprendre \u00e0 g\u00e9rer plusieurs mouvements simultan\u00e9s. Avec le rope flow, c\u2019est l\u2019ensemble du corps qui est sollicit\u00e9\u00a0: les bras, les \u00e9paules, les jambes et les fessiers. Avec la perte de calories \u00e0 la cl\u00e9 et le renforcement de son endurance et du syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire.\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n<\/em>Cependant, malgr\u00e9 ces aspects positifs, n\u2019esp\u00e9rez pas gagner en musculature. Ce n\u2019est pas l\u2019objectif vis\u00e9. Contrairement \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation de la tonicit\u00e9 du corps et du renforcement d\u2019une jolie silhouette.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quelques pr\u00e9cautions \u00e0 prendre<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Comme pour tout sport cardio, il reste conseill\u00e9 de consulter son m\u00e9decin pour obtenir son aval \u00e0 la pratique du rope flow. Et plus encore pour qui souffre du dos, des muscles ou des articulations. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Pour le rope flow, je conseille toujours \u00e0 mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves de d\u00e9buter avec mod\u00e9ration puis de monter en puissance au fil des s\u00e9ances.
