Mais pas de d\u00e9faitisme. La pratique des <strong>frog pumps<\/strong>, chouchou des adeptes du fitness, constitue un excellent exercice pour remuscler ces<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/comment-garder-des-fesses-rebondies-apres-50-ans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> fesses<\/a> plates et tombantes.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les Frog pumps : comment \u00e7a fonctionne ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019avantage premier des frog pumps r\u00e9side dans la simplicit\u00e9 et l\u2019absence d\u2019accessoires \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir. Cet exercice peut se r\u00e9aliser n\u2019importe o\u00f9. La position est maintenue quelques secondes. Puis vous redescendez le corps de fa\u00e7on lente et contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, les fesses toujours serr\u00e9es. Avec un bassin qui ne doit pas toucher le sol entre chaque lev\u00e9. L\u2019exercice est effectu\u00e9 en deux s\u00e9ries de 30 lev\u00e9s. Un exercice qui peut aussi servir pour d\u00e9buter une s\u00e9ance de sport, comme \u00e9chauffement rapide.<\/p>\n<p>Une position fort peu sexy, soit, avec cette allure d\u2019une grenouille pos\u00e9e sur le dos. Mais qu\u2019importe le ridicule pourvu que les fesses retrouvent la forme. Un exercice qui peut \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9 avec le port d\u2019un poids (1 \u00e0 2 kg) pos\u00e9 sur le ventre, pour intensifier l\u2019effort.<\/p>\n<p>Pour adopter les bons gestes pour la pratique des frog pumps, les cha\u00eenes Youtube regorgent de tutoriels bien expliqu\u00e9s.
