Et pourquoi ne pas miser sur<strong> l\u2019aqua pole dance ?<\/strong> Un sport bienfaiteur pour la silhouette et parfaitement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la femme qui n\u2019a pas (ou plus) l\u2019habitude du sport. L\u2019aqua pole ne manque pas d\u2019attraits. Mais \u00e0 condition d\u2019aimer l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L\u2019aqua pole dance, de quoi s\u2019agit-il ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Chacun conna\u00eet la pole dance, avec ces acrobates qui s\u2019enroulent autour d\u2019une barre verticale. L\u2019aqua pole est identique mais se pratique dans une piscine, pour un m\u00e9lange de danse et de fitness. Un sport mixte, vous pouvez donc emmener (ou pas) votre partenaire. Et qui, surtout, ne r\u00e9clame pas de passif sportif. Tous les \u00e2ges sont concern\u00e9s par l\u2019aqua pole dance, qui n\u2019impose pas d\u2019exercices (trop) techniques. Pour l\u2019anecdote, le sport est n\u00e9 \u00e0 Bruxelles en 2013, au club l\u2019Aspria. O\u00f9 la pratique est toujours enseign\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L\u2019aqua pole dance en pratique<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Une s\u00e9ance d\u2019aqua pole dure environ une heure. Et se r\u00e9alise en piscine sur une musique d\u2019ambiance, pour accompagner les gestes montr\u00e9s par le coach pr\u00e9sent sur le bord de la piscine. C\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e9quipement, pas besoin d\u2019investissement cons\u00e9quent, avec juste un maillot une pi\u00e8ce. Si, par contre, vous disposez d\u2019une piscine priv\u00e9e profonde d\u2019au moins 1 \u00e0 2 m\u00e8tres, vous pouvez acheter une barre, qui se fixe au fond de l\u2019eau avec une ventouse. A titre indicatif, une barre en inox et sa ventouse de sol n\u00e9cessitent un budget d\u2019environ 1.500 euros.<br \/>\nUne s\u00e9ance d\u2019aqua pole d\u00e9bute par des \u00e9chauffements et se cl\u00f4ture par des \u00e9tirements.<br \/>\nComment ne pas avoir envie de tester la discipline apr\u00e8s avoir visionn\u00e9 les cha\u00eenes pr\u00e9sentes sur Youtube\u00a0? Avec l\u2019assurance du renforcement de la souplesse et de la force, n\u00e9cessaire pour vaincre la r\u00e9sistance de l\u2019eau. L\u2019alternance de mouvements r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s durant cette heure renforce \u00e9galement l\u2019endurance.<br \/>\nL\u2019environnement aquatique joue un r\u00f4le non n\u00e9gligeable dans les bienfaits constat\u00e9s. Pourquoi\u00a0? Il permet notamment d\u2019\u00e9viter tout risque de chute accidentelle que l\u2019on pourrait conna\u00eetre avec une pratique en salle. L\u2019eau permet aussi d\u2019essayer des exercices plus acrobatiques, sans risques de blessures. Ni de dommages aux muscles et aux articulations. Et sans la crainte des courbatures du lendemain. De par la r\u00e9sistance rencontr\u00e9e avec l\u2019eau, plus de calories sont br\u00fbl\u00e9es.
