Pour cela, faites confiance \u00e0 cet exercice populaire aupr\u00e8s de la gent f\u00e9minine dans les salles de fitness :<strong> les Burpees.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les Burpees en bref<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le Burpee, un exercice qui, une fois n\u2019est pas coutume, ne date pas d\u2019hier. Son origine remonte aux ann\u00e9es 30, invent\u00e9 par le docteur Royal H. Burpee. Un Burpee utilis\u00e9 par le physiologiste pour tester la condition physique de ses patients. Un test Burpee que vous pouvez tester vous aussi. Rapide et id\u00e9al pour conna\u00eetre votre condition physique actuelle. Si vous ne pouvez pas d\u00e9passer les 30 Burpees sans pause, votre condition est mauvaise. De 30 \u00e0 40 elle est normale et si vous d\u00e9passez les 60 Burpees, votre condition physique est parfaite.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>De multiples bienfaits<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Premier avantage de cet exercice, celui de faire travailler simultan\u00e9ment un grand nombre de muscles, du haut comme du bas du corps. Ceux des jambes, des bras et des \u00e9paules mais aussi les<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/des-frog-pumps-pour-des-fesses-plus-musclees\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> fessiers<\/a>, les abdominaux et les pectoraux. Avec une pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, ces muscles vont \u00eatre renforc\u00e9s d\u2019une fa\u00e7on \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. Mais le renforcement de la musculature g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ne compose que la moiti\u00e9 des bienfaits du Burpee.<br \/>\nAvec une pratique soutenue, le Burpee permet aussi de solliciter intens\u00e9ment le syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire. Bon point en cette p\u00e9riode difficile. Une simple tenue de sport suffit, avec \u00e9ventuellement un petit tapis de gym. Pratiquement, le Burpee consiste \u00e0 effectuer une flexion des jambes les mains au sol avant un lancer des pieds vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re pour se mettre en position de planche, bras tendus. Troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, revenir en position de squat et se relever. Avant de recommencer.<br \/>\nIl est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de d\u00e9buter les Burpees avec un coach qui saura corriger les mauvaises positions prises. Youtube regorge aussi de tutoriels pour assimiler la bonne gestuelle. Ce qui compte n\u2019est pas tant la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019exercice que sa r\u00e9gularit\u00e9, gage de bienfaits constat\u00e9s. Une s\u00e9ance g\u00e9n\u00e9rale se compose d\u2019une trentaine de Burpees cons\u00e9cutifs, s\u00e9par\u00e9 par une minute de repos entre chaque dizaine. Pour d\u00e9buter, 3 s\u00e9ances hebdomadaires seront pr\u00e9vues, avant d\u2019augmenter au fil du temps la cadence et passer \u00e0 4 ou 6 s\u00e9ances par semaine.
