Un type de marche n\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment et au c\u0153ur de multiples \u00e9tudes pour le moins positives. Martine, 54 ans, organise des promenades th\u00e9matiques. Bien entendu, on laisse chez soi ou on coupe le smartphone, pour ne pas \u00eatre d\u00e9rang\u00e9. La marche est effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 son rythme et on s\u2019arr\u00eate r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour admirer ce qui nous entoure. Cette marche que j\u2019appelle admirative me permet de d\u00e9couvrir des d\u00e9tails que je n\u2019avais jamais remarqu\u00e9 dans mon entourage. Quand je pratique le running, je me concentre sur le chrono, sur le sol et je ne vois pas vraiment ce qui m\u2019entoure. Avec l\u2019awe walk, on se focalise aussi sur le moment pr\u00e9sent. \u00bb Nul besoin d\u2019aller bien loin pour profiter des bienfaits, une marche quotidienne de 15 minutes suffit. Une pratique outdoor id\u00e9ale quand on dispose de peu de temps.<\/p>\n<h2>\nLes bienfaits constat\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019awe walk n\u2019implique pas de renforcement musculaire ou cardiaque. Ses bienfaits sont davantage ax\u00e9s sur le bien-\u00eatre. Les 60 participants \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude am\u00e9ricaine cit\u00e9e ci-dessus ont tous soulign\u00e9 son impact positif sur leur stress. Ce type de promenade permet d\u2019oublier ses soucis pour se concentrer sur l\u2019environnement. On ne pense plus \u00e0 son \u2018petit soi\u2019 pour se laisser aller \u00e0 l\u2019admiration. Les sujets \u00e9tudi\u00e9s ont affirm\u00e9 ressentir un plus grand optimisme au quotidien. Mais moins d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et de stress au fil des marches effectu\u00e9es.
