La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du <strong>kick-boxing<\/strong> est tout autre. C&rsquo;est un sport sans danger, bien encadr\u00e9 en clubs et parfaitement adapt\u00e9 aux quinquag\u00e9naires. Laissez-vous tenter, direction la salle.<\/p>\n<h2>Le kick-boxing en deux mots<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es 60 au Japon et aux Etats-Unis, le kick-boxing constitue un sport de combat que l\u2019on peut qualifier d\u2019hybride par l\u2019usage combin\u00e9 des coups de pieds et de poings. La variante pratiqu\u00e9e dans les clubs combine les mouvements de karat\u00e9 et de boxe. C\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e9quipement, pas de gros frais \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir : une tenue de sport classique suffit. Les gants et le sac de frappe sont mis \u00e0 la disposition par le club. Si les cours de kick-boxing sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement mixtes, il existe aussi des s\u00e9ances r\u00e9serv\u00e9es \u00e0 un public f\u00e9minin. Enfin, comme pour tout <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/rocky-spirit-le-sport-dendurance-cardio-a-tester\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sport cardio<\/a>, une visite m\u00e9dicale pr\u00e9alable est conseill\u00e9e, pour d\u00e9tecter d\u2019\u00e9ventuels obstacles (cardio-vasculaires ou articulaires).<\/p>\n<h2>Un sport \u00e0 pratiquer \u00e0 tout \u00e2ge<\/h2>\n<p>La cinquantaine atteinte, beaucoup de sportives peuvent \u00e9prouver la crainte de ne plus avoir ni le niveau, ni la forme. Une erreur. Comme le souligne David Moens, coach sportif : \u00ab Oublions effectivement la comp\u00e9tition, mais, comme pour la boxe, le kick-boxing se r\u00e9v\u00e8le tout \u00e0 fait accessible \u00e0 tous les \u00e2ges, avec une approche adapt\u00e9e. Et quelques conditions \u00e0 suivre pour \u00e9viter les blessures : rester \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de son corps, avec des phases de repos entre chaque entra\u00eenement et disposer d\u2019une forme de d\u00e9part suffisante. Lors des combats amateurs, les coups ne sont pas port\u00e9s, donc pas de crainte \u00e0 avoir. Vous ne reviendrez pas chez vous avec le visage tum\u00e9fi\u00e9 de Rocky. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2>5 bienfaits au f\u00e9minin<\/h2>\n<p>Pourquoi pratiquer le kick-boxing en tant que femme ? La r\u00e9ponse tient en cinq points :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Une excellente <strong>technique d\u2019auto-d\u00e9fense<\/strong>. Les exercices bien assimil\u00e9s permettent d\u2019apprendre certains mouvements d\u2019esquive ou de d\u00e9fense bien utiles face \u00e0 un agresseur potentiel. Tout se joue dans la rapidit\u00e9 avec l\u2019usage combin\u00e9 des poings et des jambes. Un avantage pour se sentir plus en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans l\u2019espace public.<\/li>\n<li>Pratique parfaite pour se d\u00e9fouler. <strong>Evacuer le stress<\/strong> d\u2019une journ\u00e9e charg\u00e9e et canaliser son \u00e9nergie. L\u2019intensit\u00e9 de la pratique lib\u00e8re des endorphines, ces neurotransmetteurs connus pour leur effet contre le stress ou l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Renforcement de la <strong>confiance en soi<\/strong>. Apprendre un sport de combat en tant que femme permet de se sentir plus forte, mieux dans sa t\u00eate comme dans son corps. Une assurance bien utile pour affronter les obstacles du quotidien.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Br\u00fblage important de calories.<\/strong> Avec des s\u00e9ances intenses, le kick-boxing constitue un sport qui consomme beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9nergie. En une heure de pratique, ce sont au minimum plus de 700 calories qui seront br\u00fbl\u00e9es. Avec la graisse du ventre davantage cibl\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Un corps plus <strong>tonique et muscl\u00e9<\/strong>. Le kick-boxing affine la taille par les nombreux exercices articul\u00e9s autour du tronc. La pratique r\u00e9clame \u00e9galement le travail de tous les groupes musculaires du corps.
