Un effet secondaire pour lequel il existe heureusement des solutions.<\/p>\n<h2>La r\u00e9tention d\u2019eau, de quoi s\u2019agit-il ?<\/h2>\n<p>Ce dysfonctionnement consiste en un d\u00e9r\u00e8glement de l\u2019\u00e9vacuation de l\u2019eau que ne peut stocker le corps humain. Concr\u00e8tement, quand elle n\u2019est pas \u00e9vacu\u00e9e suffisamment par les urines, la transpiration ou la respiration, l\u2019eau exc\u00e9dentaire peut s\u2019infiltrer dans les tissus. Et se concentrer dans les parties basses du corps, comme les chevilles, les mollets et les pieds pour former des oed\u00e8mes. La r\u00e9tention d\u2019eau peut \u00eatre d\u2019origine veineuse ou lymphatique.<br \/>\nUne pathologie typiquement f\u00e9minine. B\u00e9nigne, mais si l\u2019\u0153d\u00e8me se forme rapidement avec des douleurs associ\u00e9es, il peut s\u2019agir d\u2019une phl\u00e9bite. Une urgence m\u00e9dicale.<\/p>\n<h2>Quels sont les signes d\u2019une r\u00e9tention d\u2019eau ?<\/h2>\n<p>La r\u00e9tention se remarque \u00e0 la vue et au toucher. Avec des oed\u00e8mes palpables sur les membres inf\u00e9rieurs et parfois sup\u00e9rieurs (visage, bras ou mains). Adieu donc les jeans et leggings trop serr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Une station verticale et assise prolong\u00e9es, qui fait obstacle \u00e0 une bonne circulation sanguine et lymphatique.<\/li>\n<li>Une chaleur excessive. Due au chauffage par le sol et \u00e0 l\u2019exposition prolong\u00e9e au soleil.<\/li>\n<li>Une mauvaise circulation sanguine.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019alcool. Pour son effet vasodilatateur.<\/li>\n<li>La prise de certains m\u00e9dicaments. Les traitements pour le diab\u00e8te ou hormonaux, les antihypertenseurs, les cortico\u00efdes\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Certaines pathologies. Les troubles thyro\u00efdiens, les cardiopathies, l\u2019insuffisance veineuse ou r\u00e9nale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Diff\u00e9rents traitements possibles<\/h2>\n<p>Une consultation m\u00e9dicale permettra d\u2019adopter un traitement adapt\u00e9. Des habitudes peuvent r\u00e9duire le probl\u00e8me au quotidien. Boire suffisamment \u00e9vite au corps de devoir stocker de l\u2019eau. La pratique d\u2019une activit\u00e9 physique permet de r\u00e9activer le circuit lymphatique et de perdre de l\u2019eau par la transpiration. Pour contrer l\u2019effet des jambes lourdes, les sports aquatiques (natation ou aquabike) permettent de se sentir plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re. C\u00f4t\u00e9 alimentation, les plats sans sel sont privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s. Avec des l\u00e9gumes aux effets diur\u00e9tiques comme les asperges, l\u2019artichaut, le concombre.
