Dont ceux-ci :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Risque marqu\u00e9 de maladies cardiovasculaires<\/li>\n<li>Pression art\u00e9rielle \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Diab\u00e8te de type II<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9pression<\/li>\n<li>Augmentation du taux de cholest\u00e9rol<\/li>\n<li>Surpoids<\/li>\n<li>Exc\u00e8s de sucre<\/li>\n<li>Douleurs musculaires<\/li>\n<li>Profondes crises d\u2019angoisse<\/li>\n<li>Acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du vieillissement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\nQuels sont les traitements possibles ?<\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab Le stress chronique ne se traite pas seul.e, en autom\u00e9dication, au risque de choisir une voie aggravante ou inefficace. La personne constamment stress\u00e9e peut (doit) contacter son m\u00e9decin traitant ou un psy. Une consultation m\u00e9dicale permettra de d\u00e9terminer les traitements les plus adapt\u00e9s et cibl\u00e9s sur les causes du stress \u00bb, souligne Sandra Rollins, psy.<br \/>\nQuels sont les traitements possibles ? \u00ab Ils d\u00e9pendent essentiellement de la gravit\u00e9 des sympt\u00f4mes. Cela peut \u00eatre des exercices de m\u00e9ditation et de relaxation mais aussi des th\u00e9rapies. Comme de la sophrologie, pour travailler sur la respiration, ou une th\u00e9rapie comportementale et cognitive. Quant aux m\u00e9dicaments, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de les utiliser en dernier recours, et surtout de fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9e \u00bb, explique Sandra Rollins. En compl\u00e9ment aux th\u00e9rapies, certaines habitudes quotidiennes peuvent aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les sympt\u00f4mes. Comme une pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re d\u2019un sport et des sorties en ext\u00e9rieur pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des bienfaits de la lumi\u00e8re.
