Outre un suivi m\u00e9dical r\u00e9gulier, certains aliments pr\u00e9sents dans une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e peuvent aider \u00e0 maintenir une pression art\u00e9rielle normale.<\/p>\n<h2>\nQu\u2019est-ce que l\u2019hypertension art\u00e9rielle ?<\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/les-sports-a-pratiquer-en-cas-dhypertension-arterielle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hypertension<\/a> est d\u00e9finie par l\u2019OMS comme une \u00ab pathologie dans laquelle la pression des vaisseaux est constamment \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Plus la pression est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus le c\u0153ur doit pomper. \u00bb Cette maladie grave concerne une femme sur cinq dans le monde. En l\u2019absence de sympt\u00f4mes annonciateurs, plus de 46% des personnes atteintes l\u2019ignorent. Pour une personne adulte en bonne sant\u00e9, la tension art\u00e9rielle systolique (pression maximale quand le c\u0153ur se contracte pour se vider) mesur\u00e9e par le m\u00e9decin atteint 120 mm Hg et la tension diastolique (pression minimale, quand le c\u0153ur se rel\u00e2che pour se remplir) 80 mm Hg.<\/p>\n<h2>\nLa m\u00e9nopause, p\u00e9riode \u00e0 risque<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019hypertension art\u00e9rielle menace une femme m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9e sur deux. Pourquoi ? La m\u00e9nopause, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par ses bouleversements hormonaux, provoque l\u2019apparition de facteurs de risque li\u00e9s \u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode : une prise de poids mais aussi des parois art\u00e9rielles plus rigides et \u00e9paisses, de l\u2019apn\u00e9e du sommeil ou de la dyslipid\u00e9mie (une concentration \u00e9lev\u00e9e de lipides dans le sang). Comme le souligne la Ligue cardiologique belge, un examen cardiogyn\u00e9cologique r\u00e9gulier se r\u00e9v\u00e8le donc n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 titre pr\u00e9ventif. Pour limiter au maximum les cons\u00e9quences gravissimes : un AVC, de la d\u00e9mence, un infarctus ou de l\u2019insuffisance r\u00e9nale. Id\u00e9alement, la tension ne peut d\u00e9passer les 140\/90 mm Hg au repos.<\/p>\n<h2>\nLe top 5 des aliments pour une tension stable<\/h2>\n<p>Pour maintenir sa tension normale, plusieurs aliments constituent une aide b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. Compl\u00e9ment utile d\u2019un suivi m\u00e9dical.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019avocat.<\/strong> Un excellent choix pour la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019acide linol\u00e9ique, alli\u00e9 d\u2019un bon fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire. Mais aussi pour celle de potassium, un min\u00e9ral essentiel qui aide \u00e0 maintenir la pression sanguine normale.<br \/>\n<strong>Les champignons.<\/strong> Tr\u00e8s peu caloriques, les champignons contiennent de l\u2019acide folique et une dose \u00e9lev\u00e9e de potassium (de 300 \u00e0 500 mg\/100 gr). Pour profiter au maximum de ces vertus, les pleurotes et les girolles seront privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s.<br \/>\n<strong>Le chocolat noir.<\/strong> Un chocolat noir (60% de cacao) riche en polyph\u00e9nols, de puissants antioxydants qui am\u00e9liorent la circulation sanguine et luttent contre le d\u00e9clin cognitif. Deux carr\u00e9s par jour (soit 30 g) suffisent.<br \/>\n<strong>L\u2019ail.<\/strong> Redout\u00e9 pour l\u2019haleine charg\u00e9e qu\u2019il provoque, l\u2019ail constitue pourtant un pr\u00e9cieux alli\u00e9 pour la tension. Sa consommation permettrait, selon les \u00e9tudes d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es, la r\u00e9duction de la tension sanguine et la baisse de mauvais cholest\u00e9rol. De l\u2019ail \u00e0 consommer frais ou en g\u00e9lules.<br \/>\n<strong>Les l\u00e9gumineuses.<\/strong> Pois, lentilles ou flageolets, autant de choix possibles pour profiter d\u2019une pr\u00e9sence \u00e9lev\u00e9e de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, de fibres et d\u2018un faible cholest\u00e9rol.
