Et peu profitables au bien-\u00eatre. Quand on est irritable, certaines solutions peuvent aider \u00e0 retrouver la cool attitude et \u00e0 <strong>g\u00e9rer sa col\u00e8re<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>\nG\u00e9rer sa col\u00e8re et \u00e9viter les risques<\/h2>\n<p>Une personne au temp\u00e9rament col\u00e9rique a-t-elle vraiment conscience que ses coups de sang r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s mettent en danger sa sant\u00e9 psychique et physique ? Il est recommand\u00e9 d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 canaliser ses \u00e9motions pour r\u00e9duire les risques. Une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.health.harvard.edu\/heart-health\/anger-heartbreaking-at-any-age\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9tude publi\u00e9e par l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Harvard<\/a> a ainsi d\u00e9montr\u00e9 la corr\u00e9lation entre les coups de col\u00e8res r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s et les risques de crises cardiaques (doubl\u00e9s apr\u00e8s une forte col\u00e8re). La col\u00e8re lib\u00e8re aussi deux hormones li\u00e9es au stress : l\u2019adr\u00e9naline et le cortisol. Avec comme effets n\u00e9fastes d\u2019une dose \u00e9lev\u00e9e de cortisol, une prise de poids, une aggravation de la cellulite ou des risques de diab\u00e8te de type II.<br \/>\nEnfin, un comportement col\u00e9rique peut nuire \u00e9galement \u00e0 une carri\u00e8re et vous isoler socialement.<\/p>\n<h2>Cinq astuces pour g\u00e9rer sa col\u00e8re<\/h2>\n<p>Retrouver son calme apr\u00e8s une crise de col\u00e8re r\u00e9clame quelques bonnes attitudes, simples \u00e0 mettre en pratique&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e9voir du temps pour \u00e9vacuer le stress. Quelques minutes de col\u00e8re r\u00e9clameront plus de cinq heures au corps pour \u00e9liminer le cortisol et ramener l\u2019\u00e9quilibre dans l\u2019organisme.<\/li>\n<li>Prendre l\u2019air et bouger. Le sport lib\u00e8re des endorphines, de la dopamine et de la s\u00e9rotonine. Des hormones id\u00e9ales pour retrouver une sensation de rel\u00e2chement et de bien-\u00eatre.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9liminer ou r\u00e9duire la caf\u00e9ine. Un excitant qui augmente l\u2019adr\u00e9naline et la sensation de stress.<\/li>\n<li>Dormir suffisamment. De mauvaises nuits ou trop courtes (moins de six heures) favorisent l\u2019irritabilit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9clenchement de crises de col\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>Miser sur la m\u00e9ditation. Un \u00e9tat de pleine conscience permet d\u2019agir sur la pens\u00e9e n\u00e9gative g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par la col\u00e8re et d\u2019\u00e9viter la rumination. La m\u00e9ditation, pratiqu\u00e9e r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, apaise aussi le rythme cardiaque.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\nQuand la col\u00e8re r\u00e9clame de l\u2019aide<\/h2>\n<p>Comme l\u2019explique Sophie Renoir, coach de vie, \u00ab si la col\u00e8re constitue une r\u00e9action normale, parfois utile pour d\u00e9samorcer une tension face \u00e0 certaines situations, elle peut devenir un probl\u00e8me chronique et r\u00e9clamer un suivi \u00bb. \u00ab Pour beaucoup, le risque majeur r\u00e9side dans le refoulement de leur col\u00e8re. Un refoulement typiquement f\u00e9minin, d\u2019ailleurs. Et plus n\u00e9faste que le fait d\u2019ext\u00e9rioriser sa col\u00e8re de temps en temps. La laisser sortir permet de r\u00e9duire le taux de stress \u00e9lev\u00e9 dont on conna\u00eet les effets nuisibles sur la sant\u00e9. \u00bb<br \/>\nQue faire ? \u00ab Si la personne n\u2019arrive pas \u00e0 exprimer sa col\u00e8re et qu\u2019elle a tendance \u00e0 l\u2019enfouir, pour la ruminer, une consultation avec un sp\u00e9cialiste s\u2019av\u00e8re n\u00e9cessaire. Cela peut \u00eatre son m\u00e9decin ou un psychologue. Le traitement passera par de l\u2019\u00e9coute, pour d\u00e9celer les causes de ces d\u00e9clenchements de col\u00e8re et travailler sur les solutions.
