Un d\u00e9lice pour les papilles adopt\u00e9 par les amants. Peut-\u00eatre parce que le chocolat noir contient de la ph\u00e9nyl\u00e9thylamine ? Cette mol\u00e9cule de l\u2019amour s\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9e lors des rapports sexuels. Le magn\u00e9sium pr\u00e9sent agit quant \u00e0 lui contre l\u2019\u00e9jaculation pr\u00e9coce.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>L\u2019ail<\/strong>. Responsables de la diminution de la production de s\u00e9rotonine, l\u2019hormone du bonheur, et de l\u2019augmentation des troubles de l\u2019humeur, fort peu compatibles avec une sexualit\u00e9 harmonieuse. Enfin, gare \u00e0 l\u2019exc\u00e8s de caf\u00e9 (plus de 3 tasses par jour).
