Le cours de bodypump a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u comme un entra\u00eenement complet sur l\u2019ensemble du corps, chor\u00e9graphi\u00e9 et en musique. La s\u00e9rie d\u2019exercices intensifs augmente et tonifie la masse musculaire, am\u00e9liore la sant\u00e9 des os, sculpte notre silhouette en un temps record sans oublier le travail cardio pour booster la condition physique.<\/p>\n<h2>Bodypump : le principe de la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition<\/h2>\n<p>Le principe du programme d\u2019entra\u00eenement est simple et efficace : sur une s\u00e9ance de seulement 45 ou 55 minutes, diff\u00e9rents groupes musculaires sont cibl\u00e9s (fessiers, cuisses, poitrine, biceps, triceps, \u00e9paules, dos, abdos) sur des chor\u00e9graphies sp\u00e9cifiques suivant le tempo de la musique choisie minutieusement. Une nouvelle \u00e9dition est relanc\u00e9e dans le monde entier tous les trois mois, qui correspond au temps n\u00e9cessaire pour que le corps r\u00e9ponde \u00e0 un programme.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La structure est toujours la m\u00eame, c\u2019est important pour l\u2019harmonie du corps et du cours \u00bb, souligne Caroline Lesecq, Studio Supervisor \u00e0 Aspria. \u00ab Et on travaille avec des charges l\u00e9g\u00e8res sur l\u2019endurance musculaire pour tonifier le corps. \u00bb<br \/>\nC\u2019est par son grand nombre de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions (entre 1000 et 1200 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions par cours !) avec des poids l\u00e9gers \u00e0 moyens que le cours de bodypump offre un entra\u00eenement complet du corps. \u00ab Le cours fonctionne avec le principe de \u00ab REP effect \u00bb, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire beaucoup de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions, en jouant avec les tempos de la musique, pour varier les efforts du muscle. Le fait de r\u00e9aliser de nombreuses r\u00e9p\u00e9titions de chaque mouvement avec une charge raisonnable tonifie les muscles sans prendre de volume\u00bb, explique Caroline Lesecq.<\/p>\n<h2>Efficacit\u00e9 express<\/h2>\n<p>Pas besoin donc de mettre des charges lourdes pour affiner sa silhouette et br\u00fbler des calories ! Les r\u00e9sultats sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 visibles en allant au cours de bodypump deux fois par semaine pendant un mois et en commen\u00e7ant avec des poids de 1 kg avant d\u2019augmenter les charges progressivement.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9parez-vous simplement \u00e0 souffrir de courbatures apr\u00e8s votre premier cours en tant que d\u00e9butant &#8211; vous sentirez certainement l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;exercice, car votre corps y r\u00e9agira. \u00ab\u00a0La premi\u00e8re fois, vous aurez mal partout.
