Coupez le bout dur des asperges sur environ 2 cm. Cuisez les asperges dans l\u2019eau (elles doivent \u00eatre recouvertes) pendant environ 15 minutes (ou plus pour les grosses asperges). \u00c9gouttez-les et rincez-les \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide. Laissez-les \u00e9goutter et refroidir.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tartinez le pain des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s avec le Becel Light et coupez-le en lamelles. Cuisez-les quelques minutes dans une po\u00eale s\u00e8che jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles deviennent croquantes et laissez-les refroidir sur un papier absorbant.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pelez le pamplemousse avec un couteau aiguis\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la chair et coupez les morceaux entre les enveloppes, recueillez le jus. Hachez finement l\u2019aneth. M\u00e9langez le yaourt avec le jus de pamplemousse, \u00be de l\u2019aneth et du poivre du moulin.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Disposez les feuilles de salade, les asperges, les morceaux de pamplemousse et de saumon sur 2 grandes assiettes. Versez la vinaigrette au yaourt et disposez 2 cro\u00fbtons.
