Le \u00bc restant avec un petit morceau de viande maigre ou de poisson, un substitut v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien ou un \u0153uf.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">CONSEIL 3 : On ne saute pas de repas !<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sauter un repas ne vous fera pas \u00e9conomiser des calories&#8230; mais peut vous pousser \u00e0 manger trop et\/ou conduire \u00e0 des fringales\/des envies sucr\u00e9es. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de manger des en-cas sains (\u00e0 10h ou au go\u00fbter) que de se priver d&rsquo;un repas qu&rsquo;on risque de compenser au suivant.
