Un comportement plus pr\u00e9sent chez les femmes et que l&rsquo;on nomme la <strong>procrastination<\/strong>. Une mauvaise habitude \u00e0 contrer par de petites astuces pratiques.<\/p>\n<h2>Procrastination, une attitude plus f\u00e9minine<\/h2>\n<p>Selon la d\u00e9finition couramment adopt\u00e9e, la procrastination consiste \u00e0 remettre \u00e0 plus tard de fa\u00e7on syst\u00e9matique et sans raison valable l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de t\u00e2ches. Simples ou compliqu\u00e9es. Un comportement qui serait plus souvent constat\u00e9 parmi la gent f\u00e9minine. Pourquoi ? Sur ce point, les r\u00e9ponses varient mais s\u2019articulent autour de la production \u00e9lev\u00e9e de dopamine chez certaines femmes. Ce qui pourrait avoir une action n\u00e9gative sur l\u2019intention d\u2019agir. Ce qui ressort d\u2019une vaste <a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/scan\/article\/14\/7\/759\/5527424?login=false\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9tude<\/a> r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par une \u00e9quipe disciplinaire allemande, dont le docteur Erhan Gen\u00e7, du d\u00e9partement de biopsychologie de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de la Ruhr. Le site Sant\u00e9 log qui a d\u00e9taill\u00e9 cette \u00e9tude souligne que \u00ab le neurotransmetteur dopamine a souvent \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une flexibilit\u00e9 cognitive accrue. Qui s\u2019accompagne souvent d\u2019une distractibilit\u00e9 elle aussi accrue. Avec un effet procrastinateur \u00bb. Un niveau de dopamine \u00e9lev\u00e9 qui pourrait \u00eatre li\u00e9 aux niveaux d\u2019oestrog\u00e8nes. Mais l\u2019\u00e9tude reste prudente \u00e0 ce sujet.<\/p>\n<h2>Un comportement d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re<\/h2>\n<p>Quand la procrastination devient-elle un r\u00e9el souci au quotidien ? Une question \u00e0 laquelle r\u00e9pond Sonia Mollens, coach de vie : \u00ab En soi, procrastiner n\u2019est pas nuisible quand l\u2019action reste occasionnelle. On a toutes et tous ces petits moments o\u00f9 l\u2019on manque d\u2019envie d\u2019en faire plus, comme apr\u00e8s une journ\u00e9e charg\u00e9e. On repousse alors au lendemain une t\u00e2che non indispensable. Par contre, la procrastination devient probl\u00e9matique quand elle devient chronique. Pourquoi ? Tout simplement car elle va d\u00e9sordonner un quotidien souvent bien occup\u00e9. Repousser \u00e0 demain un travail ou une activit\u00e9 ne va provoquer qu\u2019un peu plus de stress. Voire l\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser ces t\u00e2ches en plus, avec un effet boule de neige, professionnel ou personnel. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2>5 conseils pour \u00e9viter de procrastiner<\/h2>\n<p>S\u2019il n\u2019existe pas de technique infaillible pour mettre fin \u00e0 la procrastination, certaines habitudes \u00e0 prendre peuvent aider \u00e0 contrer son apparition\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prioriser et planifier les t\u00e2ches \u00e0 accomplir. Et se tenir \u00e0 son plan d\u2019action quotidien pour r\u00e9aliser correctement le ou les objectif(s) fix\u00e9(s).<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9buter sa journ\u00e9e par les t\u00e2ches les plus p\u00e9nibles, quand l\u2019\u00e9nergie est la plus importante. Cette action achev\u00e9e, la journ\u00e9e n\u2019en sera que plus agr\u00e9able.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9l\u00e9guer quand la masse de t\u00e2ches d\u00e9passe les comp\u00e9tences ou le temps imparti. Une attitude qui sera mieux per\u00e7ue que le non-respect des d\u00e9lais.<\/li>\n<li>Se r\u00e9server du temps pour r\u00e9aliser cette t\u00e2che que l\u2019on reporte sans cesse. Comme s\u2019il s\u2019agissait d\u2019un rendez-vous capital.<\/li>\n<li>Installer des routines pour toutes ces t\u00e2ches quotidiennes assimil\u00e9es \u00e0 des corv\u00e9es.
