Un apport suffisant en calcium et en vitamine D &#8211; les deux \u00e9tant compl\u00e9mentaires &#8211; s\u2019av\u00e8re donc primordial.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9venir l\u2019ost\u00e9oporose<\/h2>\n<p>La cl\u00e9 pour garder des os solides, c\u2019est en effet le calcium, combin\u00e9 avec la vitamine D qui r\u00e9gule l\u2019assimilation du calcium par l\u2019organisme. La vitamine D joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le majeur dans le bon fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s la m\u00e9nopause, l\u2019apport n\u00e9cessaire en calcium augmente \u00e0 1200 mg par jour. Pour atteindre cette dose, il est recommand\u00e9 de consommer des produis laitiers (plus particuli\u00e8rement ceux qui sont ferment\u00e9s), tr\u00e8s riches en calcium. Les prot\u00e9ines qu\u2019ils contiennent sont \u00e9galement importantes pour le tissu osseux.<\/p>\n<p>Pas \u00e9vident toutefois d\u2019atteindre les 1200 mg par jour en ne misant que sur l\u2019alimentation. Et quand on est intol\u00e9rant au lactose ou vegan, cela devient encore plus compliqu\u00e9. La solution ? Prendre des compl\u00e9ments alimentaires. Une suppl\u00e9mentation de 500 mg suffit dans la plupart des cas.
