Une consommation festive, souvent sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la normale, aux effets d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res pour la sant\u00e9. Pour mod\u00e9rer sa <strong>consommation d&rsquo;alcool<\/strong>, d\u2019aucuns adoptent la m\u00e9thode \u00ab half and half \u00bb, devenue tr\u00e8s tendance.<\/p>\n<h2>La m\u00e9thode \u00ab half and half \u00bb, qu\u2019est-ce que c\u2019est ?<\/h2>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode consiste \u00e0 diviser sa consommation d\u2019alcool par deux, et \u00e0 alterner une boisson alcoolis\u00e9e avec une autre consommation sans alcool. Un soda, un jus de fruits ou un cocktail sans alcool. Voire un verre d\u2019eau, id\u00e9al et recommand\u00e9 pour \u00e9viter le sucre et la d\u00e9shydratation engendr\u00e9e par l\u2019alcool. Autre avantage du \u00ab half and half \u00bb, celui de permettre au consommateur de conserver le contr\u00f4le sur son comportement et d\u2019\u00e9viter cette fameuse gueule de bois du lendemain. Boire moins, c\u2019est aussi retrouver un sommeil de meilleure qualit\u00e9, une plus belle peau, perdre du poids et conna\u00eetre moins de troubles de l\u2019humeur comme l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/bien-etre\/psycho\/quand-lalcool-mene-a-lhangxiety\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/a> ou la d\u00e9pression.<br \/>\nUne pratique qui encourage, une fois n\u2019est pas coutume, \u00e0 faire les choses \u00e0 moiti\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Cette m\u00e9thode a besoin de vous<\/h2>\n<p>Si la m\u00e9thode du \u00ab half and half \u00bb constitue une aide pour r\u00e9duire sa consommation d\u2019alcool, elle n\u2019a rien d\u2019une m\u00e9thode miracle. Pour qu\u2019elle touche au but, elle requiert une solide dose de self-control de la part du consommateur. Pour ne pas c\u00e9der aux invitations \u00e0 boire de l\u2019entourage, parfois insistantes. Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 que le b\u00e2t blesse car refuser un verre peut \u00eatre mal vu et, souvent, le consommateur c\u00e8de. Pour se mettre toutes les chances de son c\u00f4t\u00e9, mieux vaut donc pratiquer cette m\u00e9thode \u00e0 plusieurs. Pour se soutenir et se motiver.<br \/>\nLe succ\u00e8s de la m\u00e9thode d\u00e9pend aussi du degr\u00e9 de d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 l\u2019alcool. Pour le monde m\u00e9dical, le fait de vouloir adopter cette m\u00e9thode pour se d\u00e9sintoxiquer signifie avoir conscience d\u2019un probl\u00e8me existant avec l\u2019alcool. La solution la plus s\u00fbre consiste alors \u00e0 prendre contact avec des professionnels pour un traitement cibl\u00e9 et accompagn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Les dangers d\u2019une (forte) consommation d\u2019alcool<\/h2>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, de plus en plus de femmes ont adopt\u00e9 l&rsquo;alcool pour se d\u00e9sinhiber et\/ou oublier un quotidien pas toujours rose. Selon les donn\u00e9es disponibles, pr\u00e8s de 15% des femmes auraient une consommation exag\u00e9r\u00e9e. Une consommation f\u00e9minine croissante qui inqui\u00e8te le milieu m\u00e9dical pour les effets sur la sant\u00e9. Comme le souligne le site aide-alcool.be, \u00ab le risque de mortalit\u00e9 toutes causes confondues se voit multipli\u00e9 par 1,5 pour une femme consommant quotidiennement 75 g d\u2019alcool par rapport \u00e0 un homme ayant la m\u00eame consommation. Un risque aggrav\u00e9 par la tendance f\u00e9minine d\u2019associer l\u2019alcool \u00e0 la prise de m\u00e9dicament(s). \u00bb Selon l\u2019OMS, pr\u00e8s de 4% des d\u00e9c\u00e8s f\u00e9minins seraient provoqu\u00e9s par l\u2019alcool.<br \/>\nPour les victimes d\u2019une d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 l\u2019alcool, outre l\u2019assistance du m\u00e9decin traitant, plusieurs services d\u2019aide existent en Belgique. Dont le site <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reseaualcool.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.reseaualcool.be<\/a>. Il offre notamment la possibilit\u00e9 de trouver un accompagnement en ligne ou l\u2019adresse d\u2019un alcoologue proche de son domicile.
