Cet art martial sollicite tous les muscles du corps. Par les diff\u00e9rentes techniques \u00e0 apprendre et \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Notamment pour mesurer la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019effort et d\u00e9tecter tout probl\u00e8me cardiovasculaire.
