Explications.<\/p>\n<h2>\nL\u2019acn\u00e9 hormonale, de quoi s\u2019agit-il\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>La r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la question d\u00e9coule en partie de la question. Il s\u2019agit en effet d\u2019une forme d\u2019acn\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 la production d\u2019hormones. Elle se d\u00e9clenche fr\u00e9quemment durant la m\u00e9nopause quand se produit une carence en oestrog\u00e8nes. Ces hormones ont un effet protecteur pour leur action sur la production r\u00e9duite de s\u00e9bum.\u2028 Cette forme d\u2019acn\u00e9 de m\u00e9nopause concerne tous les types de peaux, grasses comme s\u00e8ches. Et se caract\u00e9rise par des l\u00e9sions localis\u00e9es sur le bas du visage.<\/p>\n<h2>\nQuelle alimentation choisir pour calmer les pouss\u00e9es d\u2019acn\u00e9 hormonale ?<\/h2>\n<p>Quand il s\u2019agit d\u2019acn\u00e9, nombreuses sont les id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues quant \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation. Comme celle relative au chocolat, accus\u00e9 (sans preuve av\u00e9r\u00e9e) de d\u00e9clencher des pouss\u00e9es. \u00c0 tel point que l\u2019on ne sait plus qui ou quoi croire. Qu\u2019en est-il r\u00e9ellement ? \u00ab Aucune \u00e9tude scientifique n\u2019apporte r\u00e9ellement de preuve d\u00e9finitive du lien entre l\u2019acn\u00e9 et la nourriture. Mais certains ingr\u00e9dients auraient probablement un effet aggravant ou inversement une action positive sur l\u2019inflammation et donc les crises d\u2019acn\u00e9. Mais n\u2019attendez pas de r\u00e9gime miracle. Aucun aliment ne suffira \u00e0 soigner seul le trouble. En cas d\u2019acn\u00e9 hormonale s\u00e9v\u00e8re, rien ne remplacera la visite chez un dermatologue. Des traitements existent en fonction de chaque cas \u00bb, souligne Catherine Soleins, coach en nutrith\u00e9rapie. Soit, mais composer une bonne assiette, bien saine, constituera une pi\u00e8ce du puzzle.\u00a0 \u00ab Il convient aussi d\u2019accompagner cette alimentation d\u2019un r\u00e9gime sans alcool et tabac, ces deux ennemis d\u2019une belle peau \u00bb, conclut la coach.<\/p>\n<h2>\nLes produits fortement d\u00e9conseill\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Les pr\u00e9parations industrielles, riches en graisse, en sucre et en perturbateurs endocriniens.<\/li>\n<li>Les produits laitiers (issu du lait de vache). \u00c0 r\u00e9duire, pour leur richesse en acides gras et la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019hormones et d\u2019antibiotiques.<\/li>\n<li>Les produits sucr\u00e9s (sodas, p\u00e2tisseries, bonbons) \u00e0 l\u2019origine de pics de sucre et donc de crises d\u2019acn\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019alcool. Pour ses multiples effets d\u00e9clencheurs d\u2019acn\u00e9 : la d\u00e9shydratation de la peau, la stimulation de testost\u00e9rone, la production d\u2019un pic de sucre dans le sang.<\/li>\n<li>Les charcuteries. Riches en graisses, en hormones et antibiotiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\nLes produits recommand\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Les d\u00e9riv\u00e9s du soja, du lait d\u2019amande. Parfaits pour remplacer les produits laitiers et l\u2019apport en calcium.<\/li>\n<li>Les l\u00e9gumes. Comme l\u2019avocat, la laitue, les \u00e9pinards ou le brocoli.<\/li>\n<li>Le miel. Rempla\u00e7ant id\u00e9al du sucre raffin\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Les l\u00e9gumineuses : lentilles, pois, f\u00e8ves\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Les oeufs.<\/li>\n<li>Les ol\u00e9agineux (pistaches, noix).<\/li>\n<li>Les fruits. Notamment ceux au r\u00f4le protecteur de la peau.
