Une preuve d\u2019attachement qui n\u2019est pas du go\u00fbt de tous. Pour certaines personnes, en effet, le simple fait de devoir serrer une main provoque un mouvement de r\u00e9pulsion. L\u2019un des sympt\u00f4mes de l\u2019<strong>haptophobie<\/strong>. Une phobie peu connue.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019haptophobie, de quoi s\u2019agit-il\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019haptophobie (du grec hapto, sens du toucher, et phobos, peur intense), ou haphephobie, se d\u00e9finit comme la phobie de tout contact humain. Une peur irrationnelle de toucher ou d\u2019\u00eatre touch\u00e9. Un trouble anxieux aux origines multiples. Parfois li\u00e9 \u00e0 une histoire familiale. La phobie pourrait avoir des liens g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques avec l\u2019un des parents ou les deux. Mais une haptophobie peut aussi d\u00e9couler d\u2019un traumatisme v\u00e9cu dans l\u2019enfance ou li\u00e9 \u00e0 une agression, physique ou sexuelle. Mais pas d\u2019une peur sanitaire, celle d\u2019attraper des maladies (qualifi\u00e9e de mysophobie). Cette phobie toucherait environ 7% de la population, et se r\u00e9v\u00e8le plus souvent pr\u00e9sente chez les femmes (sources : NCSR).<\/p>\n<h2>Comment se manifeste l&rsquo;haptophobie ?<\/h2>\n<p>Une personne atteinte d\u2019haptophobie se remarque assez rapidement. \u00ab Elle se mettra en net retrait et trouvera une bonne excuse pour ne pas subir de contact physique. Elle sera souvent cette personne isol\u00e9e dans un wagon, celle qui inventera un pr\u00e9texte pour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/bien-etre\/psycho\/bien-reagir-face-a-lochlophobie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9viter une sortie<\/a> dans un lieu o\u00f9 elle pourrait \u00eatre touch\u00e9e. La phobie peut se marquer aussi au sein d\u2019un cabinet m\u00e9dical, voire d\u2019un couple. Dans les relations sociales, f\u00eates de famille ou professionnelles, la personne haptophobe inventera toujours un pr\u00e9texte pour \u00e9viter toute marque de sympathie ou d\u2019affection (ni baiser, ni serrement de mains) \u00bb, explique Christiane Razen, coach comportementale.<\/p>\n<h2>Des sympt\u00f4mes impressionnants<\/h2>\n<p>Pour un patient haptophobe, les sympt\u00f4mes constat\u00e9s peuvent s\u2019av\u00e9rer nombreux\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9tat de stress intense<\/li>\n<li>Maux de t\u00eate<\/li>\n<li>Sensation de d\u00e9go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<li>Tremblements<\/li>\n<li>Douleurs thoraciques<\/li>\n<li>Bouff\u00e9es de chaleur<\/li>\n<li>Troubles du sommeil<\/li>\n<li>Impression de viol de la personnalit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Vertiges<\/li>\n<li>Isolement social<\/li>\n<li>Impossibilit\u00e9 de nouer une relation sentimentale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Quelle prise en charge pour l\u2019haptophobie ?<\/h2>\n<p>Quand les man\u0153uvres d\u2019\u00e9vitement ne suffisent plus \u00e0 \u00e9viter les crises d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ou se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent comme une source de souffrance, une th\u00e9rapie peut \u00eatre envisag\u00e9e avec un psychiatre ou un psychologue. \u00ab Et cibl\u00e9e sur les crises d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. Parmi les th\u00e9rapies possibles, la th\u00e9rapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC) se r\u00e9v\u00e8le tr\u00e8s efficace apr\u00e8s quelques mois. Son principe consiste \u00e0 exposer, mais de fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, le patient haptophobe \u00e0 ce qui provoque ses crises. Des expositions progressives qui vont peu \u00e0 peu amener le patient \u00e0 accepter le contact (physique ou en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle). Pour traiter en profondeur les causes de ce stress intense, le sp\u00e9cialiste se tournera plut\u00f4t vers une th\u00e9rapie analytique. Efficace mais moins rapide \u00bb, souligne Christiane Razen. Des th\u00e9rapies souvent coupl\u00e9es avec des exercices de m\u00e9ditation, d\u2019hypnose ou de yoga.
