Elle dispara\u00eetra sans traitement particulier apr\u00e8s quelques semaines. En cas de r\u00e9cidive, il est conseill\u00e9 de consulter votre m\u00e9decin traitant puis un sp\u00e9cialiste (kin\u00e9, ost\u00e9opathe, chiropracteur) pour \u00e9viter que la lombalgie ne devienne chronique. \u00bb Le traitement classique g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement prescrit reposera sur la prise d\u2019antalgiques ou d\u2019anti-inflammatoires puis le suivi de s\u00e9ances de r\u00e9\u00e9ducation avec un kin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Un trouble li\u00e9 au vieillissement des disques<\/h2>\n<p>Le d\u00e9clenchement d&rsquo;une lombalgie ne r\u00e9sulte pas uniquement de mauvaises positions prises dans nos activit\u00e9s. Elle est aussi li\u00e9e au vieillissement de nos disques intervert\u00e9braux qui s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8re apr\u00e8s 50 ans. Ces disques, qui s\u00e9parent les vert\u00e8bres de la colonne vert\u00e9brale, jouent le r\u00f4le d\u2019amortisseurs face aux pressions exerc\u00e9es sur les vert\u00e8bres par notre quotidien. Un vieillissement naturel des disques aggrav\u00e9 par la s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9. Bouger reste donc plus que jamais recommand\u00e9 pour assurer une dur\u00e9e prolong\u00e9e des disques. Parmi les causes possibles figurent aussi certaines pathologies, comme l\u2019arthrite et l\u2019arthrose.<\/p>\n<h2>Quels sports privil\u00e9gier pour \u00e9viter la lombalgie\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Face \u00e0 la lombalgie le premier r\u00e9flexe consiste \u00e0 \u00e9viter tout mouvement susceptible d\u2019aggraver la situation. Une erreur explique David Moens, coach sportif : \u00ab L\u2019un des meilleurs rem\u00e8des consiste \u00e0 rester en mouvement.
