Mettant \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur les d\u00e9lices automnaux, notamment le gibier des Ardennes, cette carte nous r\u00e9serve de d\u00e9licates surprises gastronomiques pour nos repas de f\u00eate. Des cr\u00e9ations r\u00e9fl\u00e9chies, contemporaines et empreintes de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Un lieu d&rsquo;exception<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La fa\u00e7ade de ce bel h\u00f4tel particulier bruxellois du XIXe si\u00e8cle donne d\u00e9j\u00e0 le ton avant m\u00eame d\u2019y p\u00e9n\u00e9trer, nous invitant \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir des d\u00e9cors minutieusement con\u00e7us pour le confort des convives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les hauts plafonds et la magnifique cage d\u2019escalier cr\u00e9ent un jeu de luminaires moderne et captivant. Dans la salle principale du restaurant, <em>le Grand Salon<\/em>, les convives sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 observer la brigade au fourneau derri\u00e8re une vitre s\u00e9parant les h\u00f4tes de la cuisine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tage, dans un espace plus intimiste baptis\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0la Biblioth\u00e8que\u00a0\u00bb, des groupes plus restreints peuvent jouir de la possibilit\u00e9 de se d\u00e9tendre au sein du raffin\u00e9 bar \u00ab\u00a0B\u00a0\u00bb, tout en profitant du jardin et de la vaste terrasse.<\/p>\n<h2>Un menu empli de saveurs<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour l\u2019occasion, nous avons eu le plaisir de d\u00e9guster le menu gastronomique, une succession en huit services de saveurs enchanteresses. Du velout\u00e9 de marrons et son cappuccino de truffes au foie gras de canard accompagn\u00e9 de ses boules magiques. Un vrai d\u00e9lice\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour suivre, le repas s\u2019est vu poursuivre sur un \u0153uf en raviole sur son lit d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards et ricotta \u00e0 la truffe noire, suivi de la Mona Lisa, une pomme de terre napp\u00e9e de sauce \u00e0 la truffe noire. Ensuite, des noix de Saint-Jacques divinement fondantes, farcies \u00e0 la truffe, accompagn\u00e9es d&rsquo;un veau de Corr\u00e8ze mi-cuit aux deux textures et de son foie gras po\u00eal\u00e9, sans oublier les fromages AOC et la douceur du Brugmann : une bulle dor\u00e9e, m\u00ealant ch\u00e2taigne et cognac, rafra\u00eechie par un sorbet \u00e0 la mandarine.
