Le tableau de l&rsquo;hiver n\u2019est pas rose. Sans parler de ces maladies de saison qui nous agressent, entre rhume, bronchite et grippe. Et si <strong>faire l&rsquo;amour<\/strong> r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement permettait de nous redonner le sourire ? Et, par ricochet, de renforcer notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire ? Plusieurs \u00e9tudes scientifiques semblent r\u00e9pondre positivement. Que risque-t-on d\u00e8s lors \u00e0 tester cette solution ? Sinon y prendre plaisir.<\/p>\n<h2>\nPourquoi faire l&rsquo;amour serait-il bon pour notre immunit\u00e9 ?<\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab Faire l&rsquo;amour r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement permet de lib\u00e9rer une s\u00e9rie d\u2019hormones : dopamine, s\u00e9rotonine, ocytocine et endorphines. Dont certaines r\u00e9duisent le stress. Cet ennemi d\u2019un syst\u00e8me immunitaire de qualit\u00e9 \u00bb, explique Claire Thomas, sexologue. \u2028Et c\u2019est tout ? Non, la r\u00e9ponse apport\u00e9e serait bien insuffisante. Plusieurs \u00e9tudes vont bien plus loin pour expliquer le r\u00f4le positif d\u2019une sexualit\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8re sur notre immunit\u00e9. Comme <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/15217036\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">celle publi\u00e9e en 2004 par l\u2019Universit\u00e9 am\u00e9ricaine de Wilkes<\/a> et men\u00e9e sur un \u00e9chantillon de 112 \u00e9tudiants aux fr\u00e9quences sexuelles analys\u00e9es. Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que les \u00e9tudiants les plus actifs sexuellement avaient un taux \u00e9lev\u00e9 d\u2019IgA (ou immunoglobuline A). Des anticorps produits par le syst\u00e8me immunitaire des muqueuses, et dont le r\u00f4le consiste \u00e0 lutter contre les agents infectieux mena\u00e7ant l\u2019organisme. Un taux \u00e9lev\u00e9 d\u2019IgA (&gt; 0,7-4 g\/litre de sang pour une personne adulte) t\u00e9moigne d\u2019un bon syst\u00e8me immunitaire. Une \u00e9tude, parmi d\u2019autres, qui illustre la th\u00e9orie du renforcement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire par une sexualit\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h2>\nUne action bienfaitrice sur le sommeil<\/h2>\n<p>Faire l&rsquo;amour se r\u00e9v\u00e8le efficace \u00e9galement pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil. Avec une action positive sur le stress, cet obstacle bien connu pour une nuit apais\u00e9e. Et un sommeil de qualit\u00e9, d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 7 \u00e0 8 heures pour une personne adulte, agit favorablement sur la pr\u00e9servation et le renforcement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire. Plurielles sont d\u2019ailleurs les \u00e9tudes disponibles \u00e0 rappeler le r\u00f4le majeur tenu par le sommeil sur la qualit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me immunitaire inn\u00e9. Mais aussi acquis, notamment par la vaccination.<\/p>\n<h2>\nQuels sont les risques d\u2019un syst\u00e8me immunitaire affaibli\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Barri\u00e8re naturelle indispensable, un syst\u00e8me immunitaire en bonne sant\u00e9 permet d\u2019agir contre l\u2019action de virus, de bact\u00e9ries, de germes, de corps \u00e9trangers mais aussi de cellules canc\u00e9reuses.
