Savoureuse, onctueuse, la <strong>cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/strong> est certes un d\u00e9lice mais elle est riche en graisses satur\u00e9es et interdite aux personnes allergiques\/intol\u00e9rantes au lactose. Une solution existe, celle d\u2019opter pour sa version v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. Pourquoi et comment choisir la meilleure cr\u00e8me v\u00e9g\u00e9tale ? Petit tour d\u2019horizon.<\/p>\n<h2>\nR\u00e9duire sa consommation de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, le bon geste<\/h2>\n<p>Sans intol\u00e9rance, il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire de supprimer compl\u00e8tement la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche (une bonne source de calcium), mais bien de r\u00e9duire sa consommation (pas plus de 30 grammes par jour) pour assurer une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. Pourquoi ? Sa teneur d\u2019environ 70% en acides gras satur\u00e9s (qui composent les lipides) et en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/medecine\/cest-decide-prends-taux-de-cholesterol-main\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mauvais cholest\u00e9rol<\/a> (LDL) peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer probl\u00e9matique pour les personnes sujettes aux risques cardiovasculaires (source de 42% des d\u00e9c\u00e8s f\u00e9minins) ou \u00e0 un souci d\u2019hypercholest\u00e9rol\u00e9mie. Pr\u00e9sent chez 22% des femmes \u00e2g\u00e9es de 18 \u00e0 75 ans mais chez 60% des plus de 60 ans. Selon le site <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vidal.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vidal.fr<\/a>, pour un adulte de 18 \u00e0 75 ans environ 30% des calories doivent \u00eatre apport\u00e9es par les lipides. \u2028L\u2019autre motif d\u2019une consommation mod\u00e9r\u00e9e de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche r\u00e9side dans les risques aggrav\u00e9s de troubles digestifs pour les personnes atteintes d\u2019intol\u00e9rance au lactose ou d\u2019irritation du c\u00f4lon dont les sympt\u00f4mes sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 la consommation de produits laitiers : maux de ventre, diarrh\u00e9es, etc.<\/p>\n<h2>\nLes types de cr\u00e8mes v\u00e9g\u00e9tales les plus populaires<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cr\u00e8me de soja<\/strong>. Peu calorique avec ses 135 kcal\/100 ml. Le choix id\u00e9al pour les personnes allergiques au gluten, absent. Et parfaite pour une cr\u00e8me chantilly sans lactose.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cr\u00e8me de riz<\/strong>. \u00c0 privil\u00e9gier en cas de soucis de digestion. Une cr\u00e8me pauvre en sel et en graisses satur\u00e9es. Mais riche en glucides (25 g\/100 ml).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cr\u00e8me d\u2019avoine<\/strong>. Une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 pauvre en acides gras satur\u00e9s et sans cholest\u00e9rol mais riche en calories (soit quelque 320 kcal\/100 ml) et d\u00e9conseill\u00e9e aux intol\u00e9rants au gluten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cr\u00e8me de coco<\/strong>. Une alternative parfaite pour les intol\u00e9rants au lactose. Mais \u00e0 mod\u00e9rer pour sa plus haute teneur en acides gras (90%) et ses calories, soit 350 kcal\/100 ml. Saveur fruit\u00e9e plut\u00f4t destin\u00e9e aux plats et desserts exotiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\nUne cr\u00e8me v\u00e9g\u00e9tale riche en bienfaits<\/h2>\n<p>Non, la cr\u00e8me v\u00e9g\u00e9tale n\u2019est pas moins savoureuse et onctueuse que la traditionnelle cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Et la diff\u00e9rence gustative n\u2019est que minime. Ces alternatives se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent donc id\u00e9ales pour des recettes sucr\u00e9es ou sal\u00e9es. Avec un avantage, \u00e0 condition de choisir le bon substitut, celui de se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler moins caloriques que la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche classique. Un argument \u00e0 prendre en compte lors d\u2019un r\u00e9gime pour garder la ligne. \u2028Enfin, le choix d\u2019une cr\u00e8me v\u00e9g\u00e9tale diminue l&rsquo;impact sur l\u2019environnement. Une petite pierre apport\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9difice, mais qui se r\u00e9v\u00e8le bien utile pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effets de serre produit \u00e0 concurrence de 4% par la transformation des produits laitiers de par le monde (source FAO, avril 2010).<br \/>\nChoisir sa cr\u00e8me v\u00e9g\u00e9tale n\u2019a rien de compliqu\u00e9. Pr\u00e9sente dans les boutiques en ligne, au supermarch\u00e9 comme dans les magasins bio.
