Aujourd\u2019hui, ce sport fun n\u2019a pas pris une ride, toujours pratiqu\u00e9 dans les clubs de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/menopause\/le-fitness-peut-il-prevenir-les-bouffees-de-chaleur\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fitness<\/a>. Bien malin celui qui aurait pu imaginer que ses cours allaient conna\u00eetre un tel engouement vingt ans plus tard. Les ann\u00e9es 80, la d\u00e9cennie glorieuse pour l\u2019a\u00e9robic, avec ses ambassadrices de charme comme Jane Fonda ou Olivia Newton Jones. \u00ab Mais l\u2019\u00e9norme succ\u00e8s public de ce sport a aussi constitu\u00e9 une vraie r\u00e9volution pour les femmes avec la prise de conscience du besoin et de l\u2019envie de prendre soin de leurs corps et de leur mental \u00bb, explique Sonia Daans, coach de fitness. \u00a0\u2028L\u2019a\u00e9robic pourrait se d\u00e9finir comme un m\u00e9lange d\u2019exercices de fitness, de gym et de danse. Le tout pratiqu\u00e9 dans des cours collectifs sur fond de musiques rythm\u00e9es. Comme le souligne Sonia Daans : \u00ab Pour la sportive d\u00e9butante, adopter le LIA (Low Impact Aerobic) permet de se lancer en douceur et de profiter d\u2019encha\u00eenements moins intensifs et sans impact sur les articulations. \u00bb \u2028Sport cardio par excellence, l\u2019a\u00e9robic renforce l\u2019endurance et prot\u00e8ge le syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire. Autre bienfait constat\u00e9, une meilleure coordination des gestes et un renforcement de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre. L\u2019alternance d\u2019exercices permet aussi d\u2019augmenter la musculature des jambes et des bras, souvent soumis \u00e0 la fonte naturelle des muscles. C\u00f4t\u00e9 mental, la pratique a une action antistress li\u00e9e \u00e0 la lib\u00e9ration importante d\u2019endorphines, ces hormones du bonheur. L\u2019a\u00e9robic n\u2019a pas usurp\u00e9 son titre de sport feel good. Mais avant de d\u00e9buter, un avis m\u00e9dical s\u2019av\u00e8re utile.<\/p>\n<h2>\nDe nombreux clubs attendent les sportives<\/h2>\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 d\u2019autres pratiques sportives, les cours d\u2019a\u00e9robic sont ais\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver. Une recherche rapide en ligne suffit pour d\u00e9nicher le club le plus proche de chez soi. Et le choix ne manque pas, tant l\u2019a\u00e9robic reste populaire au sein des cours de fitness. Le site <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bruxelles-fitness.be\/aerobic.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bruxelles-fitness<\/a> propose ainsi une longue liste de clubs avec un encadrement adapt\u00e9.
