La discipline se montre aussi un peu moins intensive qu\u2019une partie de tennis, notamment par les dimensions plus r\u00e9duites du terrain. \u00ab Le tennis reste quant \u00e0 lui fid\u00e8le \u00e0 ce duel de sportifs et au besoin de ma\u00eetriser une technique plus complexe. Le plaisir de jeu ressenti sera \u00e0 mes yeux le principal crit\u00e8re de choix \u00bb, souligne le coach. Pour les deux sports, un avis m\u00e9dical sera recommand\u00e9 au pr\u00e9alable.<\/p>\n<h2>Quels sont les bienfaits associ\u00e9s au tennis\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Le tennis est recommand\u00e9 aux sportifs d\u00e9sireux de renforcer leur endurance et le syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire. Sa pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re diminue la pression art\u00e9rielle et permet de gagner en souplesse. Excellent br\u00fble-graisse, une heure de tennis peut br\u00fbler jusqu\u2019\u00e0 600 kcal. Sport complet, le tennis r\u00e9duit aussi le risque de fonte musculaire associ\u00e9e notamment aux changements hormonaux de la m\u00e9nopause. Pratiqu\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, il permet de renforcer la concentration, la coordination et la m\u00e9moire. Fragilis\u00e9es avec l\u2019\u00e2ge.<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi choisir le padel\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Le padel se pratique g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en 2 contre 2. Un sport d\u2019\u00e9quipe id\u00e9al pour se cr\u00e9er du lien social quand la solitude p\u00e8se. Mais son bienfait principal repose sur son action positive sur le d\u00e9clin cognitif. Sa pratique renforce davantage la concentration, la coordination et l\u2019anticipation par la gestion n\u00e9cessaire des rebonds de la balle, bien diff\u00e9rents du tennis. Si la sant\u00e9 mentale est privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e, la pratique permet aussi de renforcer le souffle et le syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire. Ce qui classe le padel parmi les meilleurs sports cardio. Pour freiner la perte musculaire li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge, cette activit\u00e9 physique sollicite l\u2019ensemble des muscles du corps avec un travail plus cibl\u00e9 sur les fessiers et les muscles des jambes et des bras. Et pour \u00e9liminer ces quelques kilos jug\u00e9s superflus, pratiquer une heure de ce sport de raquettes permet de br\u00fbler environ 700 calories.
