Comme prendre un rendez-vous au garage, recoudre un bouton, ranger le dressing, etc. Mais cette tendance, si naturelle, \u00e0 la <strong>procrastination, <\/strong>ne fait que reporter le probl\u00e8me. Pourquoi, donc ne pas essayer la m\u00e9thode de la liste aiguille, tr\u00e8s populaire sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux ?<\/p>\n<h2>La liste aiguille, de quoi s\u2019agit-il ?<\/h2>\n<p>Popularis\u00e9e sur Instagram par la cheffe et auteure Serena Wolf (@serenagwolf), la technique de la liste aiguille, ou needle list, consiste \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 g\u00e9rer ces mille et un petits tracas du quotidien venus encombrer un planning d\u00e9j\u00e0 fort charg\u00e9. Le paiement de la cantine du petit dernier, le changement d\u2019une ampoule dans l\u2019entr\u00e9e, le rangement du linge, la d\u00e9claration de revenus\u2026 Autant de t\u00e2ches parmi d\u2019autres qui peuvent d\u00e9clencher cette tentation de les remettre \u00e0 plus tard. Par d\u00e9sint\u00e9r\u00eat ou manque d\u2019\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire. Mais toutes bien pr\u00e9sentes \u00e0 l\u2019esprit, comme ce caillou ind\u00e9sirable pr\u00e9sent dans la chaussure. Adopter la liste aiguille permet de les \u00e9vacuer pour mieux se reconcentrer sur l\u2019essentiel : son bien-\u00eatre personnel et la vie de famille ou de couple. L\u2019objectif de la liste aiguille consiste \u00e0 regrouper les corv\u00e9es et leur accorder un temps d\u00e9fini pour les \u00e9liminer.<\/p>\n<h2>La procrastination, ce d\u00e9faut si commun<\/h2>\n<p>Procrastiner, ou l\u2019envie de tout remettre \u00e0 plus tard. Un c<a href=\"https:\/\/clockit.io\/fr\/procrastination-in-the-workplace\/#:~:text=Pr%C3%A9valence,ces%20chiffres%20sont%20en%20hausse\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">omportement familier pour quelque 20% de la population<\/a>. Apr\u00e8s une journ\u00e9e de travail bien remplie, qui a vraiment envie de se coltiner des t\u00e2ches non importantes ? Alors, on les repousse \u00e0 plus tard. Par facilit\u00e9, par faiblesse. \u00ab Une attitude \u00e0 l\u2019effet boule de neige. On entasse une masse toujours croissante de petites t\u00e2ches auxquelles il faudra bien s\u2019atteler un jour ou l\u2019autre. Avec ce <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/comment-reagir-face-au-stress-chronique\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stress<\/a> omnipr\u00e9sent, car elles se rappellent en permanence \u00e0 notre bon souvenir \u00bb, explique Sophie Renoir, coach de vie. Pourquoi \u00e9viter la procrastination ? Pour r\u00e9duire le stress inh\u00e9rent mais aussi, tout simplement, pour \u00e9viter que l\u2019accumulation des t\u00e2ches ne s\u2019av\u00e8re insurmontable.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment concr\u00e9tiser la liste aiguille\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Adopter la m\u00e9thode de Serena Wolf se r\u00e9v\u00e8le tr\u00e8s simple pour peu d\u2019y mettre un peu de bonne volont\u00e9. L\u2019id\u00e9e est de lui consacrer un moment fixe dans la semaine, d\u2019une heure environ. Le matin ou l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, selon les p\u00e9riodes de la journ\u00e9e synonymes de meilleure productivit\u00e9. Premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape, dresser la liste des t\u00e2ches \u00e0 remplir, par ordre de priorit\u00e9. La solution id\u00e9ale pour ne rien oublier. La liste \u00e9tablie, il convient ensuite de choisir un bloc de 5 t\u00e2ches \u00e0 \u00e9liminer de la liste. Inutile de tout vouloir effectuer d\u2019un coup. Comme l\u2019explique sur Instagram Serena Wolf, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de se limiter \u00e0 quelques t\u00e2ches par s\u00e9ance. Pour que la liste aiguille reste g\u00e9rable m\u00eame pour une personne d\u00e9pressive ou fatigu\u00e9e.
