Une discipline sportive en vogue et particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressante pour celle qui est peu encline \u00e0 rejoindre une salle apr\u00e8s sa journ\u00e9e de travail. Du sport, oui mais pratiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la cool, chez soi, selon son rythme et qu\u2019importe son niveau.<\/p>\n<h2>Le cozy cardio, de quoi s\u2019agit-il\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Le cozy cardio ou entra\u00eenement cardio confortable. Un anglicisme popularis\u00e9 sur le r\u00e9seau TikTok par la cr\u00e9atrice Hope Zuckerbrow (@hope_zuckerbrow). Ses vid\u00e9os de cozy cardio sont devenues virales aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un public s\u00e9duit par cette discipline sportive. De quoi s\u2019agit-il ? De s\u00e9ances de cardio \u00e0 pratiquer tout en douceur dans son environnement familier, sans devoir se plier aux contraintes ou au regard des autres dans les salles de fitness.<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi choisir ce sport ?<\/h2>\n<p>Tout le monde n\u2019a pas l\u2019\u00e2me d\u2019un grand sportif et certains d\u2019entre nous peuvent \u00e9prouver le besoin de se r\u00e9concilier avec le sport pour des raisons diverses. Ce que permet le cozy cardio, une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape possible vers la reprise d\u2019un sport apr\u00e8s une maladie mais aussi apr\u00e8s une longue p\u00e9riode d\u2019inactivit\u00e9. Le planning de la personne active ne lui permet pas toujours de se plier aux horaires des clubs de sport. Le cozy cardio constitue aussi une solution pour r\u00e9duire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anses.fr\/fr\/content\/manque-d%E2%80%99activit%C3%A9-physique-et-exc%C3%A8s-de-s%C3%A9dentarit%C3%A9-une-priorit%C3%A9-de-sant%C3%A9-publique#:~:text=Nos%20travaux%20r%C3%A9v%C3%A8lent%20que%20les,%2C%20contre%2042%20%25%20des%20hommes.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9 qui toucherait quelque 70% des femmes<\/a>. Pratiquer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ce type d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement soft renforcerait, m\u00eame de fa\u00e7on plus minime, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/medecine\/comment-prevenir-les-maladies-cardiovasculaires\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire<\/a>. Un effet d\u00e9montr\u00e9 par une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude scientifique su\u00e9doise qui souligne que le principe de l\u2019exercice mod\u00e9r\u00e9 mais r\u00e9gulier du cozy cardio pourrait <a href=\"https:\/\/news.ki.se\/move-more-sit-less\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">r\u00e9duire de 24% le risque de maladies cardiovasculaires<\/a>. C\u00f4t\u00e9 mental, la pratique se montre parfaite pour l\u00e2cher prise dans un quotidien souvent charg\u00e9, avec une demi-heure d\u2019exercice pour se d\u00e9tendre et bouger.<br \/>\n\u00ab Si le cozy cardio ne remplace pas une s\u00e9ance de sport classique pass\u00e9e en ext\u00e9rieur ou avec les conseils d\u2019un coach, il peut servir d\u2019entra\u00eenement et\/ou de source de motivation pour reprendre peu \u00e0 peu le sport \u00bb, explique David Moens, coach sportif.<\/p>\n<h2>\nComment pratiquer le cozy cardio\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Une s\u00e9ance id\u00e9ale commence avec la musique que l\u2019on aime, de la lumi\u00e8re naturelle ou un \u00e9clairage tamis\u00e9. Question tenue, tout est permis pourvu que l\u2019on soit \u00e0 l\u2019aise\u00a0pour profiter de ce moment de d\u00e9tente. La s\u00e9ance dure de 30 \u00e0 40 minutes, \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9ter plusieurs fois par semaine pour profiter d\u2019un r\u00e9el impact. C\u00f4t\u00e9 exercices, la libert\u00e9 est laiss\u00e9e l\u00e0 aussi \u00e0 tout un chacun, selon ses pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences. Cela peut \u00eatre du Pilates, du yoga, de la danse, du gainage, du v\u00e9lo d\u2019appartement ou de la course sur tapis si le budget le permet. \u00ab\u00a0Comme coach sportif, je d\u00e9conseille toutefois la pratique du cozy cardio devant un \u00e9cran ou une s\u00e9rie. L\u2019attention doit rester port\u00e9e sur l\u2019exercice, sur les bons gestes \u00e0 effectuer.
