Excellent sport cardio, la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 de s\u00e9ances de trente minutes permet de renforcer la sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire pour r\u00e9duire le risque de maladies inh\u00e9rentes. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Une succession de sauts permet d\u2019adopter rapidement le bon rythme cardiaque avant d\u2019autres sports cardio de haute intensit\u00e9, comme une s\u00e9ance de fractionn\u00e9 (HIIT)\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb souligne David Moens, coach sportif.<br \/>\nL\u2019intensit\u00e9 et l\u2019amplitude des mouvements permettent aussi de renforcer l\u2019ensemble des muscles du corps, inf\u00e9rieurs comme sup\u00e9rieurs.
