Le sport (2) permet aussi de solliciter l\u2019ensemble du squelette et de r\u00e9duire ainsi la perte osseuse. Quels sont les sports recommand\u00e9s\u00a0? La marche \u00e0 pied, mais aussi le jogging, de la gymnastique sans impact ou de la danse.
