La spiroth\u00e9rapie peut se d\u00e9finir comme une th\u00e9rapie du souffle inspir\u00e9e des techniques de respiration du yoga, avec la gestion de la respiration contr\u00f4l\u00e9e et consciente. Une technique expliqu\u00e9e dans le livre <i>Spiroth\u00e9rapie, la m\u00e9thode de bien-\u00eatre par la respiration<\/i> r\u00e9dig\u00e9 par Samuel Ganes aux \u00e9ditions Solar. Si aucune contre-indication n\u2019est avanc\u00e9e, un avis m\u00e9dical peut \u00eatre de bon conseil avant de d\u00e9buter la th\u00e9rapie, d\u00e9conseill\u00e9e aux femmes enceintes pour certains exercices pratiques.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Comment pratiquer la spiroth\u00e9rapie\u00a0?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>La s\u00e9ance, d\u2019une dur\u00e9e conseill\u00e9e de quelque 30 minutes, d\u00e9bute par le choix d\u2019un endroit calme pour se retrouver seul avec soi-m\u00eame, loin du bruit et des sources de stress .
