Sans omettre cette touche d\u2019originalit\u00e9 pour se d\u00e9marquer\u00a0: un volet ludique des plus amusants pour susciter la surprise \u00e0 table et cr\u00e9er une exp\u00e9rience savoureuse. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accueillis par le responsable de salle Guillaume Vegreville, les h\u00f4tes d\u00e9cident de prime abord du choix d\u2019un menu de 4 ou 5 services (de 62 \u00e0 77 euros). Bien install\u00e9s et mis \u00e0 l\u2019aise, un petit jeu est alors propos\u00e9 pour transformer l\u2019instant en un jeu de d\u00e9gustation. S\u2019ils acceptent le d\u00e9fi propos\u00e9, un petit papier retourn\u00e9 est d\u00e9pos\u00e9 \u00e0 table. Il revient alors aux clients de deviner les ingr\u00e9dients principaux qui composent l\u2019assiette servie. S\u2019ils donnent leur langue au chat, il leur suffit de retourner le papier pour d\u00e9couvrir les produits locaux qui composent les plats servis. Des menus \u00e0 l\u2019aveugle r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement renouvel\u00e9s en fonction de la production du jardin. Et que peut-on d\u00e9couvrir dans l\u2019assiette\u00a0? Pourquoi pas cette mise en bouche de tacos \u00e0 la carotte, ou ces ravioles aux cime di rapa. Et comme dessert, un financier \u00e0 la pistache\u00a0peut-il vous satisfaire? Quant aux vins, ils sont tous\u00a0 issus de la production belge et fran\u00e7aise et choisis en fonction des menus choisis. Des vins mais aussi\u00a0 certaines curiosit\u00e9s comme de surprenants mais d\u00e9licieux cocktails aux herbes du jardin ou des limonades faites maison. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deux menus sont d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9vus pour satisfaire les h\u00f4tes durant les f\u00eates de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e (95 et 105 euros selon les choix).\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un restaurant compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par la cantine de quartier Petits El\u00e9ments. Une cuisine aux m\u00eames exigences de qualit\u00e9 des produits, mais plus informelle. Dans une ambiance d\u00e9contract\u00e9e le client peut prendre un caf\u00e9 avec une part de dessert, mais aussi un plat chaud ou froid tout en regardant l\u2019\u00e9quipe s\u2019affairer dans cette cuisine ouverte. Des plats disponibles pour une gamme de prix de 6 \u00e0 17 euros. Environ trois-quarts des produits utilis\u00e9s en cuisine proviennent du potager en permaculture, r\u00e9colt\u00e9s le jour m\u00eame. Le dimanche, une formule brunch est propos\u00e9e aux h\u00f4tes avec du chaud et froid, du sucr\u00e9-sal\u00e9.
