Mais qu\u2019il est possible de rattraper par quelques gestes simples et efficaces pour d\u00e9buter l\u2019an neuf en pleine forme.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>La di\u00e8te avant les r\u00e9veillons\u00a0? Inutile !<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avant de profiter de ces multiples repas de f\u00eate pr\u00e9vus pour achever l\u2019ann\u00e9e, d\u2019aucuns peuvent avoir la tentation de pratiquer quelques jours de di\u00e8te. Avec l\u2019espoir de perdre un peu de poids. Mais est-ce r\u00e9ellement une bonne id\u00e9e\u00a0? La r\u00e9ponse de Marie Dutrannoy, coach en nutrition est claire\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non, absolument pas. Cette di\u00e8te impos\u00e9e au corps ne va servir qu\u2019\u00e0 le stresser. Avec comme r\u00e9sultat une impression de faim qui se fera sentir.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00bb Soit, mais quel conseil donner\u00a0avant le jour J ? \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Celui de ne rien changer \u00e0 ses habitudes, de composer les m\u00eames menus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s, avec des fruits et des l\u00e9gumes en suffisance <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bb explique la coach.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Comment g\u00e9rer ses repas de f\u00eates ?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien profiter de son r\u00e9veillon r\u00e9clame une certaine anticipation pour que ce marathon culinaire se d\u00e9roule au mieux. Quelle strat\u00e9gie gagnante adopter\u00a0? \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Celle de<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">profiter des plats, mais avec des portions r\u00e9duites et sans se resservir. Une mod\u00e9ration, de l\u2019ap\u00e9ro au dessert, efficace pour limiter les exc\u00e8s de sucre, de sel et l\u2019apport calorique<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00bb explique la coach. Pour l\u2019anecdote le seul repas de No\u00ebl apporte en moyenne 5.000 calories, voire 7000 calories selon l\u2019\u00e9tude men\u00e9e par le World Cancer Research Fund (1)*.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et c\u00f4t\u00e9 boissons, il convient de r\u00e9duire la consommation d\u2019alcool. Pour l\u2019apport calorique plut\u00f4t cons\u00e9quent. En moyenne, un verre de vin blanc contient environ 85 calories par 10 cl de vin, 87 calories pour un vin rouge et 80 calories pour un champagne ou autre vin \u00e0 bulles. Autre effet n\u00e9faste de l\u2019alcool, son effet d\u00e9shydratant. \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il convient donc de penser \u00e0 alterner les verres de vin (4 \u00e0 5 par repas au maximum) avec des verres d\u2019eau pour se d\u00e9salt\u00e9rer et am\u00e9liorer la digestion des mati\u00e8res grasses consomm\u00e9es<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00bb conclut marie Dutrannoy.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Le sport comme alli\u00e9<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e9parer son corps aux f\u00eates de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e passe aussi par la pratique sportive. Ce que confirme David Moens, coach sportif\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le jour du r\u00e9veillon, je conseillerais, si possible, de pratiquer une s\u00e9ance de sport intensif (mais sans se blesser) pour faire travailler les muscles plus que d\u2019habitude. Pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer et compenser la perte \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique l\u2019organisme puisera dans les r\u00e9serves avec des calories br\u00fbl\u00e9es. Le repas de f\u00eate\u00a0 servira \u00e0 reconstituer les r\u00e9serves. Notamment en glycog\u00e8ne<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0\u00bb Et pour le lendemain du r\u00e9veillon\u00a0? \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avec le corps fatigu\u00e9 par cette courte nuit, la priorit\u00e9 sera donn\u00e9e aux sports d\u2019endurance.\u00a0 Avec une heure de v\u00e9lo, de running ou une longue marche en pleine nature.
