Ce trouble, assez courant, peut \u00eatre att\u00e9nu\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 certaines solutions visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la coordination et l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 un meilleur bien-\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<h2>D&rsquo;o\u00f9 proviennent les vertiges \u00e0 la m\u00e9nopause ?<\/h2>\n<p>Les vertiges et \u00e9tourdissements fr\u00e9quemment rencontr\u00e9s \u00e0 la m\u00e9nopause sont \u00e9troitement li\u00e9s aux bouleversements hormonaux. Ces fluctuations hormonales affectent n\u00e9gativement le syst\u00e8me vestibulaire (1), qui joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre. La diminution de la production d\u2019\u0153strog\u00e8nes perturbe le bon fonctionnement de ce syst\u00e8me, favorisant ainsi l&rsquo;apparition de vertiges et d&rsquo;\u00e9tourdissements. Par ailleurs, d&rsquo;autres sympt\u00f4mes associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la m\u00e9nopause, tels que les troubles du sommeil, les migraines ou une anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 excessive, peuvent \u00e9galement contribuer \u00e0 leur d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<h2>Quelles solutions adopter ?<\/h2>\n<p>Les vertiges li\u00e9s \u00e0 la m\u00e9nopause peuvent entra\u00eener des pertes d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre et des chutes, aggrav\u00e9es par la diminution de la densit\u00e9 osseuse et la fonte musculaire. Une approche pr\u00e9ventive, notamment par l&rsquo;exercice physique r\u00e9gulier, peut att\u00e9nuer ces effets. Certaines activit\u00e9s sont particuli\u00e8rement recommand\u00e9es pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre et la musculature. Comme l\u2019explique David Moens, coach sportif, \u00ab le choix d\u00e9pend des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents sportifs, mais certains sports sont adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 tous en raison du faible risque de blessure. La marche rapide, accessible \u00e0 tous, est id\u00e9ale : vingt \u00e0 trente minutes par jour suffisent pour renforcer les muscles des jambes. La natation est parfaite pour am\u00e9liorer la coordination et renforcer l\u2019ensemble du corps sans affecter les articulations. Le v\u00e9lo, quant \u00e0 lui, est excellent pour l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre et la coordination. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En outre, une activit\u00e9 sportive r\u00e9guli\u00e8re am\u00e9liore la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil, ce qui peut r\u00e9duire les vertiges souvent li\u00e9s \u00e0 la fatigue (1). Il est \u00e9galement essentiel d&rsquo;adopter une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, riche en phytoestrog\u00e8nes pr\u00e9sents dans les l\u00e9gumineuses, fruits secs et le soja, tout en \u00e9vitant les aliments et boissons susceptibles d\u2019aggraver les sympt\u00f4mes, tels que la caf\u00e9ine, l\u2019alcool, les plats \u00e9pic\u00e9s ou gras.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, si les vertiges sont fr\u00e9quents ou s\u00e9v\u00e8res, consulter un m\u00e9decin est crucial.
