Si la vaccination divise, d&rsquo;autres mesures restent accessibles \u00e0 tous. Se laver fr\u00e9quemment les mains avec du savon ou utiliser du gel hydroalcoolique permet de limiter la transmission du virus, qui se propage aussi bien par voie a\u00e9rienne que par contact avec des objets contamin\u00e9s. Porter un masque est une pr\u00e9caution efficace, notamment pour prot\u00e9ger les personnes vuln\u00e9rables comme les seniors ou les malades chroniques. Il est \u00e9galement recommand\u00e9 d\u2019a\u00e9rer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les pi\u00e8ces et de d\u00e9sinfecter les surfaces en contact avec des personnes gripp\u00e9es. Le CHR de Mons rappelle d\u2019ailleurs qu\u2019un adulte contamin\u00e9 reste contagieux entre 3 et 5 jours apr\u00e8s l\u2019apparition des sympt\u00f4mes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Que faire en cas de grippe ?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si la pr\u00e9vention n\u2019a pas suffi, le premier r\u00e9flexe est de se reposer et de bien s\u2019hydrater. L\u2019eau est la meilleure option, mais les bouillons et les tisanes sont d\u2019excellentes alternatives, tandis que l\u2019alcool est \u00e0 \u00e9viter en raison de ses effets diur\u00e9tiques. L\u2019alimentation joue aussi un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 : consommer des fruits riches en vitamine C, comme le kiwi, le citron, l\u2019orange ou les fruits rouges, ainsi que des l\u00e9gumes gorg\u00e9s d\u2019eau, aide \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019immunit\u00e9. Pour soulager la fi\u00e8vre, les courbatures et les maux de t\u00eate, le parac\u00e9tamol ou l\u2019ibuprof\u00e8ne sont des solutions efficaces. Certaines plantes, comme le sureau noir, le tilleul, la cannelle, le gingembre ou le saule blanc, consomm\u00e9es en infusion deux \u00e0 trois fois par jour, peuvent \u00e9galement aider \u00e0 apaiser les sympt\u00f4mes et \u00e0 favoriser un meilleur sommeil.
