L&rsquo;essentiel ici ? Un festin exquis orchestr\u00e9 par le talentueux Chef Matthias Van Eenoo, qui a con\u00e7u un menu sp\u00e9cial pour ravir vos papilles.Chef Matthias Van Eenoo, fils et petit-fils de restaurateurs belges, a grandi en Provence, o\u00f9 il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une passion pour la cuisine d\u00e8s son plus jeune \u00e2ge. \u00c0 seize ans, il a commenc\u00e9 son apprentissage chez \u00ab Bruno \u00bb \u00e0 Lorgues, avant de se rendre \u00e0 Paris pour apprendre aupr\u00e8s de chefs \u00e9toil\u00e9s Michelin<span class=\"gmail_default\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>En 2015, Matthias Van Eenoo est revenu \u00e0 Bruxelles en Belgique pour ouvrir le restaurant Brugmann, o\u00f9 il met en avant une cuisine moderne et de saison, respectant toujours la qualit\u00e9 des produits et la richesse des saveurs. Son parcours illustre son talent, son innovation et son respect pour les traditions culinaires<span class=\"gmail_default\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>On commence par de d\u00e9licats amuses-bouche : Mimosa de betterave, sorbet pomme-c\u00e9leri, \u0153uf de caille, caviar, cr\u00e8me d\u2019Isigny. Les gourmets seront ensuite enchant\u00e9s par la finesse des ravioles de grenade au crabe accompagn\u00e9es de leur gel de panais \u00e0 la vanille, chaque bouch\u00e9e offrant un \u00e9quilibre parfait entre fra\u00eecheur et d\u00e9licatesse.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les plats phares de la maison, on trouve l&rsquo;exquise langoustine croustillante servie avec du chou chop so\u00ef, des billes de coriandre et un savoureux tiger-milk, une v\u00e9ritable explosion de saveurs en bouche alliant textures croustillantes et fondantes. Ne manquez pas la Tatin de poire au foie gras du Sud-Ouest, un plat unique qui marie la douceur de la poire \u00e0 la richesse du foie gras.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;interlude digestif, un rafra\u00eechissant Trou normand \u00e0 la violette, granit\u00e9 c\u00e9leri-citron. Et en dessert, laissez-vous tenter par le c\u0153ur velours noix de coco, avec son biscuit Joconde, sorbet ananas \u00e9pic\u00e9 et noix de coco. Un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9lice.<\/p>\n<p>Tout est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec \u00e9l\u00e9gance, soin et s\u00e9rieux. Les produits sont au c\u0153ur de l&rsquo;assiette, chaque plat est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec des ingr\u00e9dients frais et de saison, s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s avec soin. La cuisine du Chef refl\u00e8te bien sa personnalit\u00e9 : franche, g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse et l\u00e9g\u00e8re, tout en respectant l&rsquo;environnement et les saisons.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Ce menu disponible jusqu\u2019au 23 f\u00e9vrier est \u00a0propos\u00e9 \u00e0 un prix imbattable.
