En cause, la chute des \u0153strog\u00e8nes qui perturbe le thermostat interne. Le sommeil devient plus l\u00e9ger, moins r\u00e9parateur, et cette fatigue accumul\u00e9e rejaillit sur l\u2019humeur, la m\u00e9moire, et m\u00eame la confiance en soi. Mais alors, comment retrouver son sommeil \u00e0 la m\u00e9nopause ?<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1535\" data-end=\"1581\">Faire de la chambre un alli\u00e9 th\u00e9rapeutique<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1583\" data-end=\"1941\">R\u00e9apprivoiser ses nuits commence par transformer son espace de sommeil. Une temp\u00e9rature autour de 18\u00b0C, des mati\u00e8res naturelles comme le lin ou le coton respirant, un bon oreiller : ces ajustements peuvent sembler mineurs, mais ils modifient profond\u00e9ment le rapport au repos. M\u00eame un bain ti\u00e8de enrichi en sel de magn\u00e9sium peut faire toute la diff\u00e9rence. L\u2019essentiel, c\u2019est de r\u00e9p\u00e9ter ces gestes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils deviennent familiers, rassurants.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2810\" data-end=\"2844\">Remettre le corps en mouvement<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2846\" data-end=\"3177\">L\u2019activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, douce mais constante, est une cl\u00e9 puissante. La marche, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/menopause\/5-exercices-de-yoga-hormonal-pour-mieux-vivre-la-menopause\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">yoga<\/a> ou la natation aident \u00e0 r\u00e9guler l\u2019humeur, \u00e0 abaisser les niveaux de stress et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil. Le corps, en mouvement le jour, se repose mieux la nuit. C\u2019est un cercle vertueux \u00e0 enclencher, sans pression ni surmenage.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3184\" data-end=\"3222\">Quand consulter devient n\u00e9cessaire<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3224\" data-end=\"3548\">Si malgr\u00e9 tout, les troubles persistent, il ne faut pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 consulter. Le traitement hormonal substitutif (THS), bien dos\u00e9 et prescrit avec discernement, peut restaurer un \u00e9quilibre global. La micronutrition peut aussi jouer un r\u00f4le compl\u00e9mentaire pour certaines femmes, en apportant magn\u00e9sium, om\u00e9ga-3 ou vitamine B6.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"310\" data-end=\"721\">Dormir ne devrait jamais devenir un cauchemar&#8230; Et pourtant, \u00e0 la m\u00e9nopause, c\u2019est ce que vivent tant de femmes \u2014 sans toujours oser en parler. Mais ce n\u2019est pas une fatalit\u00e9. En comprenant ce qui se joue dans le corps, en ajustant son environnement, ses rituels, son alimentation, il devient possible de reprendre le fil de ses nuits. D\u2019en refaire un temps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, de calme, et m\u00eame de plaisir. Parce que bien dormir, ce n\u2019est pas un luxe. C\u2019est un droit.
