Chaque hormone y joue sa partition. Dopamine, \u0153strog\u00e8nes, cortisol, insuline\u2026 Elles sont plus de 200 \u00e0 travailler en coulisses pour r\u00e9guler notre app\u00e9tit, notre sommeil, notre libido, notre humeur, notre m\u00e9moire. Leur \u00e9quilibre, d\u2019une pr\u00e9cision millim\u00e9tr\u00e9e, garantit notre vitalit\u00e9. Mais \u00e0 partir de la quarantaine, la partition se d\u00e9r\u00e8gle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1393\">C\u2019est l\u2019entr\u00e9e dans la p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause : une transition hormonale o\u00f9 le taux de progest\u00e9rone chute en premier, suivi par celui des \u0153strog\u00e8nes. La testost\u00e9rone, plus discr\u00e8te mais tout aussi essentielle, s\u2019efface elle aussi. R\u00e9sultat : sueurs nocturnes, insomnies, sautes d\u2019humeur, fatigue, prise de poids, libido en berne\u2026<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1447\">Qui sont ces hormones qui nous traversent ?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1747\"><strong data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1468\">La progest\u00e9rone<\/strong>, surnomm\u00e9e \u201cl\u2019hormone de la d\u00e9tente\u201d, favorise le sommeil et temp\u00e8re les exc\u00e8s de l\u2019\u0153strog\u00e8ne. C\u2019est elle qui nous aide \u00e0 m\u00e9moriser, \u00e0 r\u00e9guler nos \u00e9motions, \u00e0 dormir profond\u00e9ment. Quand elle baisse, l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 monte, le cerveau s\u2019agite, et l\u2019irritabilit\u00e9 prend parfois le relais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1749\" data-end=\"2035\"><strong data-start=\"1749\" data-end=\"1764\">L\u2019\u0153strog\u00e8ne<\/strong>, plus flamboyante, joue sur tous les tableaux : lubrification, m\u00e9moire, \u00e9clat de la peau, solidit\u00e9 des os, \u00e9lasticit\u00e9 des art\u00e8res, \u00e9quilibre de la glyc\u00e9mie, bonne humeur\u2026 Elle brille quand elle est bien dos\u00e9e, mais en exc\u00e8s (ou mal d\u00e9grad\u00e9e), elle devient perturbatrice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2037\" data-end=\"2252\"><strong data-start=\"2037\" data-end=\"2056\">La testost\u00e9rone<\/strong>, souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9e, est notre carburant : elle soutient le d\u00e9sir, la force musculaire, l\u2019ambition, la concentration. Sa baisse nous rend parfois plus vuln\u00e9rables, plus lentes, moins enthousiastes.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2292\">Le stress : le grand saboteur<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2294\" data-end=\"2662\">\u00c0 la m\u00e9nopause, le corps r\u00e9clame plus de douceur, mais notre mode de vie, lui, pousse \u00e0 l\u2019effort. Le cortisol, hormone du stress, entre en sc\u00e8ne trop souvent. Or, il puise dans les m\u00eames ressources que la progest\u00e9rone pour se fabriquer. R\u00e9sultat : plus on stresse, plus on \u00e9puise nos hormones apaisantes. Une forme de \u201cvol hormonal\u201d qui amplifie les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"2669\" data-end=\"2712\">La digestion, ce chef d\u2019orchestre cach\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2714\" data-end=\"3084\">Saviez-vous que 95 % de la s\u00e9rotonine, notre r\u00e9gulateur d\u2019humeur, est produite\u2026 dans l\u2019intestin ? Ou qu\u2019un microbiote perturb\u00e9 emp\u00eache l\u2019\u00e9limination correcte des \u0153strog\u00e8nes ? L\u2019intestin est au c\u0153ur de notre sant\u00e9 hormonale. Un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre bact\u00e9rien peut provoquer fatigue, brouillard mental, troubles digestifs\u2026 et m\u00eame accentuer certains sympt\u00f4mes de la m\u00e9nopause.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"3091\" data-end=\"3127\">R\u00e9concilier science et intuition<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3129\" data-end=\"3522\">Ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le cette grande danse hormonale, c\u2019est que chaque femme a une signature unique. Il n\u2019y a pas une m\u00e9nopause, mais des millions. Comprendre ses propres signaux, observer ses cycles, noter ses sympt\u00f4mes, c\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 faire preuve de vigilance bienveillante. Et si besoin, en parler \u00e0 un professionnel pour envisager un traitement hormonal ou une approche naturelle, sans honte, ni tabou.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"3529\" data-end=\"3584\">M\u00e9nopause : et si c\u2019\u00e9tait un nouveau commencement ?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3586\" data-end=\"3904\">Aujourd\u2019hui, de plus en plus de femmes osent parler de m\u00e9nopause.
