Les signaux sont parfois subtils : fatigue persistante, bouff\u00e9es de chaleur, peau moins souple, transit d\u00e9sordonn\u00e9. Et souvent, sans y penser, on oublie l\u2019essentiel : l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"85\" data-end=\"164\"><strong data-start=\"92\" data-end=\"164\">Pourquoi bien s\u2019hydrater apr\u00e8s 50 ans ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"1158\">Apr\u00e8s 50 ans, les besoins en eau changent. Le corps perd naturellement plus d\u2019eau, et la sensation de soif diminue. C\u2019est donc \u00e0 nous d\u2019adopter des strat\u00e9gies conscientes pour garder notre corps fluide et vivant. Commencez la journ\u00e9e par un grand verre d\u2019eau ti\u00e8de au citron : c\u2019est un signal de r\u00e9veil doux pour le syst\u00e8me digestif. Ayez toujours une gourde \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main. Et variez les plaisirs : infusions de romarin, d\u2019ortie ou de thym, eaux fruit\u00e9es maison avec des tranches de concombre, des baies, de la menthe\u2026<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"1158\"><strong>L&rsquo;eau autrement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1487\">L\u2019hydratation ne vient pas que de ce que l\u2019on boit : 20 \u00e0 30 % provient des aliments. Les fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais sont vos alli\u00e9s : past\u00e8que, concombre, orange, fenouil, laitue, fraises\u2026 pensez \u00e0 les int\u00e9grer g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement. Favorisez aussi les bouillons maison, riches en min\u00e9raux, en particulier en cas de bouff\u00e9es de chaleur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1780\">Petit conseil \u00e0 contre-courant : ne buvez pas trop pendant les repas, cela dilue les sucs gastriques. Privil\u00e9giez plut\u00f4t des gorg\u00e9es tout au long de la journ\u00e9e. Et attention aux boissons diur\u00e9tiques comme le caf\u00e9 ou le th\u00e9 noir, qui peuvent accentuer la d\u00e9shydratation si consomm\u00e9s en exc\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1782\" data-end=\"2114\">Prendre soin de son hydratation, c\u2019est poser un acte d\u2019attention envers soi. C\u2019est se donner la douceur d\u2019une peau mieux nourrie, d\u2019un cerveau plus clair, d\u2019un syst\u00e8me digestif plus serein. L\u2019eau est un soin invisible mais puissant.
