Trop \u00e9lev\u00e9 ou trop instable, et c\u2019est toute notre chimie int\u00e9rieure qui vacille : les montagnes russes d\u2019\u00e9nergie, les fringales imp\u00e9rieuses, la prise de poids, l\u2019inflammation sourde\u2026 mais aussi l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, les troubles du sommeil ou les sautes d\u2019humeur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"1232\">\u00c0 la m\u00e9nopause, le m\u00e9tabolisme ralentit. L&rsquo;insuline \u2014 cette hormone charg\u00e9e de faire entrer le sucre dans les cellules \u2014 devient moins efficace. R\u00e9sultat : le sucre stagne dans le sang, puis se transforme\u2026 en graisse, souvent au niveau abdominal. Le fameux \u00ab\u00a0pneu\u00a0\u00bb qui r\u00e9siste \u00e0 tous les r\u00e9gimes. Il ne s\u2019agit pourtant pas d\u2019un exc\u00e8s de volont\u00e9, mais d\u2019une question d\u2019hormones et de carburant inadapt\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1325\">La solution ? Apprendre \u00e0 nourrir son corps sans le brusquer. Concr\u00e8tement, cela signifie :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1895\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1419\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1419\"><strong data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1358\">Limiter les sucres rapides<\/strong> (p\u00e2tisseries, pain blanc, sodas, jus de fruits industriels).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1420\" data-end=\"1542\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1542\"><strong data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1473\">Privil\u00e9gier les glucides \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas<\/strong> : patate douce, l\u00e9gumineuses, quinoa, orge, pain au levain int\u00e9gral\u2026<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1679\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1545\" data-end=\"1679\"><strong data-start=\"1545\" data-end=\"1628\">Toujours accompagner les glucides de fibres, de bonnes graisses et de prot\u00e9ines<\/strong> : cela ralentit leur absorption et \u00e9vite les pics.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1680\" data-end=\"1785\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1785\"><strong data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1706\">Structurer ses repas<\/strong> : trois repas complets et rassasiants pour \u00e9viter les grignotages \u00e9motionnels.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1786\" data-end=\"1895\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1788\" data-end=\"1895\"><strong data-start=\"1788\" data-end=\"1841\">Commencer ses repas par des l\u00e9gumes crus ou cuits<\/strong> : une astuce simple qui r\u00e9gule l\u2019absorption du sucre.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1897\" data-end=\"2249\">Et surtout, reconnecter son assiette \u00e0 ses sensations. Ai-je vraiment faim ? Ou est-ce de la fatigue ? De l\u2019ennui ? Un besoin de douceur ? Une pause sucr\u00e9e peut cacher un appel plus profond. Un chocolat noir croqu\u00e9 lentement avec une tisane peut faire autant de bien qu\u2019un paquet de biscuits aval\u00e9 debout en deux minutes. La diff\u00e9rence : la conscience.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2251\" data-end=\"2517\">Retrouver un \u00e9quilibre glyc\u00e9mique, c\u2019est bien plus que stabiliser son poids : c\u2019est retrouver une \u00e9nergie constante, un mental plus clair, un rapport plus doux \u00e0 la nourriture. C\u2019est se lib\u00e9rer du cycle des \u201ccompensations\u201d pour revenir \u00e0 un lien plus juste avec soi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2519\" data-end=\"2689\">La m\u00e9nopause n\u2019est pas une punition. C\u2019est une invitation \u00e0 r\u00e9\u00e9crire nos rituels.
