Un lieu de pr\u00e9sence.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"977\">Une pratique valid\u00e9e par la science<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1149\">Longtemps consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme spirituelle ou \u201calternative\u201d, la m\u00e9ditation est aujourd\u2019hui \u00e9tudi\u00e9e par les neurosciences. Les r\u00e9sultats sont clairs, nombreux, reproductibles.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"2365\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1376\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1376\"><strong data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1176\">R\u00e9duction du stress<\/strong> : la m\u00e9ditation diminue la production de cortisol, l\u2019hormone du stress, et r\u00e9\u00e9quilibre l\u2019axe hypothalamo-hypophyso-surr\u00e9nalien, mis \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve \u00e0 la m\u00e9nopause.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1594\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1594\"><strong data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1406\">Am\u00e9lioration du sommeil<\/strong> : des pratiques r\u00e9guli\u00e8res (notamment la m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience) r\u00e9duisent l\u2019insomnie et am\u00e9liorent la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil profond.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1595\" data-end=\"1802\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1802\"><strong data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1637\">Soutien de la sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire<\/strong> : m\u00e9diter ralentit le rythme cardiaque, r\u00e9duit la pression art\u00e9rielle et am\u00e9liore la variabilit\u00e9 du rythme cardiaque \u2014 un indicateur de r\u00e9silience face au stress.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"2020\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1805\" data-end=\"2020\"><strong data-start=\"1805\" data-end=\"1835\">Renforcement de l\u2019immunit\u00e9<\/strong> : des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 une augmentation des anticorps (notamment contre la grippe) chez les personnes m\u00e9ditant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2021\" data-end=\"2365\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2023\" data-end=\"2365\"><strong data-start=\"2023\" data-end=\"2064\">Pr\u00e9vention du vieillissement c\u00e9r\u00e9bral<\/strong> : la m\u00e9ditation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re augmente la densit\u00e9 de mati\u00e8re grise dans les zones li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019attention, la m\u00e9moire et la r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle. Elle ralentirait m\u00eame le raccourcissement des t\u00e9lom\u00e8res, un marqueur de l\u2019\u00e2ge biologique.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2372\" data-end=\"2423\">M\u00e9diter, c\u2019est revenir \u00e0 soi<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2425\" data-end=\"2734\">Mais au-del\u00e0 des chiffres, ce sont les t\u00e9moignages qui parlent. Des femmes disent retrouver le sommeil, apaiser les bouff\u00e9es de chaleur, mieux g\u00e9rer les sautes d\u2019humeur. D\u2019autres \u00e9voquent un sentiment de libert\u00e9, une capacit\u00e9 nouvelle \u00e0 dire non, \u00e0 poser des limites, \u00e0 ressentir ce qu\u2019elles veulent vraiment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2736\" data-end=\"2900\">La m\u00e9ditation ne nous transforme pas. Elle nous r\u00e9v\u00e8le. Elle nous ram\u00e8ne, chaque jour, \u00e0 ce qui est l\u00e0 : une respiration, une sensation, une \u00e9motion\u2026 sans jugement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2902\" data-end=\"3202\">Et \u00e0 cette \u00e9tape de la vie, o\u00f9 beaucoup de femmes se retrouvent entre g\u00e9n\u00e9rations \u00e0 soutenir (enfants, parents, conjoints, coll\u00e8gues), m\u00e9diter, c\u2019est reprendre un espace vital. C\u2019est sortir de la r\u00e9action automatique pour entrer dans la r\u00e9ponse consciente. C\u2019est redevenir le centre de sa propre vie.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3209\" data-end=\"3251\">Comment commencer ?<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"3253\" data-end=\"3926\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3253\" data-end=\"3394\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3255\" data-end=\"3394\"><strong data-start=\"3255\" data-end=\"3285\">Choisissez un moment calme<\/strong> : matin ou soir, 5 \u00e0 10 minutes suffisent pour commencer. Le plus important est la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9, pas la dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3395\" data-end=\"3521\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3397\" data-end=\"3521\"><strong data-start=\"3397\" data-end=\"3429\">Asseyez-vous confortablement<\/strong> : sur une chaise, un coussin, un tapis. L\u2019important est d\u2019avoir le dos droit, mais d\u00e9tendu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3522\" data-end=\"3655\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3524\" data-end=\"3655\"><strong data-start=\"3524\" data-end=\"3577\">Fermez les yeux, portez attention \u00e0 votre souffle<\/strong>. Laissez venir les pens\u00e9es. Observez-les sans les suivre. Revenez au souffle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3656\" data-end=\"3792\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3658\" data-end=\"3792\"><strong data-start=\"3658\" data-end=\"3704\">Vous pouvez aussi utiliser une application<\/strong> (comme Petit Bambou, Insight Timer ou Headspace) ou suivre une m\u00e9ditation guid\u00e9e audio.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3793\" data-end=\"3926\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3795\" data-end=\"3926\"><strong data-start=\"3795\" data-end=\"3828\">Ne cherchez pas la perfection<\/strong> : l\u2019esprit vagabonde, c\u2019est normal. L\u2019exercice, c\u2019est de revenir. Encore et encore. Avec douceur.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"3933\" data-end=\"3999\">M\u00e9diter, c\u2019est vivre plus pleinement<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4001\" data-end=\"4146\">La m\u00e9ditation n\u2019est pas un retrait du monde. C\u2019est un retour lucide en soi pour mieux habiter le monde. Plus enracin\u00e9e. Plus align\u00e9e. Plus libre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4148\" data-end=\"4421\">Elle ne demande rien, ne co\u00fbte rien, ne promet rien de spectaculaire. Mais elle transforme, doucement, de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. Elle offre la pr\u00e9sence. Et \u00e0 50 ans, n\u2019est-ce pas ce que nous cherchons toutes un peu plus ? \u00catre l\u00e0. Vraiment l\u00e0. Avec soi, avec les autres, avec la vie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4423\" data-end=\"4546\">Alors ce soir, avant de refermer votre journ\u00e9e, essayez. Un souffle.
